That does depend a bit on the rest of the dream. Is your future uncertain right now? Do you have to do something that may require losing some stability?

Yes, in fact, my future has always been uncertain but,.... I'm going through a bad time. I'm searching for a new job because I need more money, but this step is hard for me, I'm afraid because I don't want to quit the one I have. Changes frighten me. I'm starting a new relationship as well, and still have thoughts of past that don't let me look forward.
In the dream I was kidnapped by a man who I dind't know, much older than me. The odd thing is that he treated me well and I was not frightened. That man was wise and he told me a lot of stories about his trips and adventures, he showed me books and interesting things, and I enjoyed that. But he didn't want to let me go, and there were moments when I felt down and missed my family and friends.
IT was not scary but quite disturbing.
