A few nigts ago I had a dream, that I was trying to give an old friend my new phone # and I could write the area code 404....I kept writing 409 or 909, or I just could find a clear space on the piece of scrap paper, I remember being so upset.
A couple nights later I had a dream that I met a couple who were new to the city and needed direction and I wasn't sure so I was calling someone and couldn't dail the the 1st 3 #'s 534, and neither could the couple once I gave them the phone to try. Any thoughts?

I think these dreams have less to do with the actual numbers and more to do with the aspect of communication or connection (phone). There seems to be some new aspect to your life (new phone number/new city), and perhaps a wish to return to something from the past (old friend), some old situation or old feeling, or perhaps relationship. There seems to be a problem connecting with a situation or relationship (phone) or an associated energy.

Usually with telephone symbology, the meaning is about a relationship of some kind. So, I would guess that this has to do with either the ending of an old relationship, or the beginning of a new one. It is indicated that whichever it is, there is some trouble connecting with your new direction, like you are not sure exactly how to proceed. Or perhaps you are having trouble connecting with some aspect of yourself, some internal energy that you are either not used to using, or that you want to use but have no outlet ... at the moment.

Make any sense?

Okay, I did not realize I knew Palisades until today. I should have recognized the dream! Although incomplete and a bit different the way she wrote it here, she told it to me just a few days ago!

I must be loosing it.

I suggested she come here with her dreams so that she could get thoughts OTHER THAN mine. And mine were all she got.

Does anyone else have any thoughts that may differ?

I agree with Ra: Seems there is some area in your life that is shut off to you, that you cannot connect with through your will alone. Please hang up and try again later.

Or try another approach; maybe the message is "Don't call us, we will call you": maybe if you just relax and shift your focus, the "access-denied-"area will make the connection with you? Keep your phone plugged in!
