Ra is SUPERB (much better than those guys on that dream show). I'd like to see him get his own Atlanta live radio call-in show one day! But you other Knowflakes are good also. I'm sure Ra appreciates the help you provide. Did any of you want recognition for your efforts (by being listed in the Forum description as part of a Dream Panel)?

I've gotten so much help from so many people on this forum... Sooo many talented people here I bet they'll all be modest, though!

Listed in a Dream Panel?!! You must be kidding!!! That is NOT an appropriate way of thanking me for my invaluable opinions, my accurate knowledge, my truly inspiring words and my fantastic contributions to the enlightment of the ignorant and those bewildered in the dark forests of their dreams! If you're still nice, I might allow you to show your gratitude by kissing my paws or stroking my mane. Or you can give me a Prada handbag, that's ok.

Oh, **** !! Down, Leo, down! I must apologize for my Leo ascendant, she really doesn't know how to behave sometimes!
This is Virgo me speaking: Randall, why do you want a dream panel?
I first came to the Astrology forum at Lindaland, which I think is a fantastic place to learn, discuss and share your knowledge about astrology. Some obviously know more than others, but I believe everyone contributes with something and that even the experts find valuable inputs. I thought that the dream forum worked the same way: People sharing their knowledge about dreams and contributing with what they can. Several times Ra has thanked me for my opinion on other people's dreams, which has left me with a feeling that maybe I shouldn't have said anything, maybe I should have waited for him to answer first and that maybe people post their dreams here only for Ra to give his interpretation...I certainly don't want to be a member of a dream panel and I really hope there will NOT be a dream panel. The forum needs a moderator, and that's Ra, but otherwise I'd really prefer it to be the way it is: A place where you can DISCUSS your dreams, not a place where you ask the experts about your dream. I believe that in the end, only the dreamer can interpret his or her dreams. This is not mathematics, there's no facit, no standard answer. Dreams are a fantastic tool for personal development and it's great to get inputs and help to understand your dreams and how to use them for spiritual growth, to make progress in your life. But no expert can come and tell you the correct answer. I've often noticed the difference in how Ra and I interpret dreams: I believe his Libra/Air influences him too a more spiritual view while I have a more solid down-to-earth look on the dreams. And what is perceived as "correct" might just depend on what the dreamer is looking for...By having a dream panel, there is created a line between "experts" and "ignorants". While no one are ignorant when it comes to dreams.

I was just thinking about recognition--like we have with the Lexigram Panel. But I wouldn't want it to create separatism in any way. Guess it was a bad idea.

No Randall...you had a wonderful idea

In spite of the protests of Stella, I indicate her for the panel, her and Mystique.

My dear friend, that would be a recognition to your accurate knowledge, your truly inspiring words and your fantastic contributions to the enlightment of the ignorant and those bewildered in the dark forests of their dreams !

The space continues open for all those that want discuss, to contribute in some way with other's people dreams…dear, you would be part of the panel... like in the other foruns, where there's a Moderator and the assistants...

And anyway, I assume that I am completely ignorant in relation to interpretation of dreams!

Love
Jakie

Ohhh Randall you are such a cutie sweetheart!! I love it when you blush
Send me another blush will ya?

I want to say just this. You have created a wonderful community here with the help of many loving and giving moderators who have welcomed wonderful knowflakes from all over the world. Being able to share our thoughts, experiences, fears and accomplishments in this community is a blessing for all of us and where one is weak the others jump in and help strengthen him/her This is something for you to be very proud of and so will Linda.
You had a loving idea because you feel you want to give recognition for our contributions to each other and that is your way of showing your humble appreciation!
But there is no need to, because when I can, not as often as I would like to because of time, but when I can help someone it is enough to know that even just two or three of my words will touch something inside of them that will help them and guide them to understand themselves a little better and of course in the process understand myself too (quite a long way to go still but trying too ).

Ra has a very special gift, very loving and giving and teaches me more than he knows and I know he does not have enough time on his hands but it is okay....we all pitch in and help each other anyway so the AR forum is as it should be!

You see you made me write a thesis again....

There are many knowflakes here who are so wise and loving, to all!

Jakie I was so tempted to go out in my fig leaf pretending I am in Rio because I am so fed up with this cold...just wanted to protest against it...thank goodness I didn't can you imagine the Statue of the Mystery Fig! out in the streets of Canada LOL!

The first thing I would like to address is Stella's comment:

"Several times Ra has thanked me for my opinion on other people's dreams, which has left me with a feeling that maybe I shouldn't have said anything, maybe I should have waited for him to answer first and that maybe people post their dreams here only for Ra to give his interpretation..."

Stella, I value your interpretations, and your help, more than you know, and I do not wish for you to feel that you must wait for ME. In fact, I REALLY appreciate it when you do jump in and give your opinion, in fact, I rather hope that you will because there are obviously times when I cannot be here for days in a row, and I do not want people to wait around for an opinion if they do not have to. I cannot thank you enough for all you have done here! There is definately some difference in how we interpret dreams, and this is VERY good! You are right, no one here is an expert, so a variation of thoughts is ALWAYS a good thing.

Again, Stella, I cannot thank you enough, and I hope you will offer your very appreciated thoughts without feeling that mine come first, because they do not.

Now, about the dream-panel ...

Randall, you have read my mind. This is something I have thought about recently, but decided not to bring up because of the very same things Stella mentioned. I do not want to ask some, and not others, because I value any and everyone's opinions and thoughts. But I also do not want anyone to feel that I have first word in this forum, as my thoughts are simply mine, and of course not the only interpretations possible.

I have no problem with saying, however, that Stella was first in my thoughts as a co-thinker, and Mystique the second. This does not mean I value any others any less (Jaqueline!). There are many wonderful thinkers in here, and I love you all! I could name a dozen people right off the top of my head that are very capable in this area.

So, I would have to leave the dream-panel decision to you, Randall, and the other knowflakes.

But please, anyone who has a thought on any dream PLEASE feel free to post it at ANY time!! Do not wait for me!!!
