so, Amber and I have been chatting some lately about her dreams of Germany and my love of it...I've always been intrigued by German folklore and such...and as some of you may know, she had a dream about being with me and Kian in a old farmhouse surrounded by an apple orchard, during a wartime...
After some digging around, I produced a photograph that Amber says is the house she dreamed of...the house belonging to my sister...Well...today at my work, I work for a school system, Ii went into our print shop. There was this old box on the counter with these really old papers in it. I asked Vicky what they were and she said some old bond papers that she found while cleaning out a closet in our building. I said, COOL can I look at them? Sure she said...
Ok..so...I just reach into the box and pull a paper out...I pull out a bond paper, for $500 to be cashed in November of 1949. But what do I notice right away?? Well..for starters, it was date stamped when it was purchased...ready for this??
DECEMBER 16, 1913
UM HELLO! MY BIRTHDAY IS DECEMBER 16!!
And then...it is from a bank in GERMANY. That operated here through a National Exchange bank...
GERMANY!
I got a color copy of it, and I will scan and post it if anyone is interested in seeing it...
The irony...I just had to post this here...because maybe it's connected to her dream about my sisters house and then some!
