Just popping in to say Hi! I am curious and just expressing thoughts . . . I think dreams are another plane we live in, perhaps the subconscious, perhaps another universe in astral travel . . . I don't know. Sometimes I also think dreams manifest because we don't communicate consciously with that aspect of ourselves . . . so they (dreams) make attempts to talk to us with symbols that we may already recognize . . . The more in tune and openly communicative we are with our subconscious, the easier it is to understand ourselves why we had those dreams. Sometimes I also think the more "bizarre" dreams are those when we are not entirely whole in spirit and there exists intense disconnects within the Ego and Spirit. Which is interesting because it is the Mind's attempt through these images to heal and integrate itself while we sleep, and we have no choice but to relax physically all control in this period. We are most vulnerable when we sleep, as the body is healing itself not only physically, but mentally as well. In this state, we are not able to be in "fight" mode against unsavory issues and are flashed them in this state.  Who knows. I am just babbling. Hehe. IP: Logged |

Hi Aphrodite! Dreams are a extremly fascinating subject. I find it very interesting how symbols show up in dreams. The other night I had a dream with symbols I had "stolen" from a dream I had read here...they just fitted with my life, too. If I read any more of Amandas dreams I'll probably start dreaming about numbers, like her... IP: Logged |
