I saw two strange dreams one by one same night. One I saw that I have been pulled by an unknown person by my hair in the party and he is taking me in front of Sheriff. There I saw my ex-husband standing and his white pants were wet with blood like he is sick. The Sheriff asked me that he is suffering with plague(dangerous) disease. Who is going to support him? You are the one who was supporting him financially and now you give. I said Ok and leave me pulling from my hair. I am asking help from my Mom to stand near by me because I am scared. But nobody came. The one who pulled me from hair said that you pay your whole salary to your ex but the sheriff who was sitting was nice guy and he said No, it is fine I can give $200 from every salary check.
Then second dream I saw that I went to get milk directly from the place where they milk cow and give you. There were lot of cows and I went inside and I did not noticed that place was filled with Cow Dung. I stepped into it and my feet got filled by it. Then that Milk man used water pipe to clean my legs and he used his hands and he was bit trying to do some mischevious things with my leg and wanted to see my bare chest.

Do you feel you have to pay for something you did in the past? The persons in your dream probably represents different sides of yourself. To drag someone after the hair is a way to make someone face a situation, a problem. So, are you dragging yourself after the hair to face an old (old=ex husband) problem or situation? You ask for you mum, someone older/wiser/caretaking to help you, but since you get no answer it means this is a problem you have to deal with yourself. Blod is energy, and your ex might be a symbol of something in your past - is something in your past draining your energy?

That same day we got a huge laid off in our office but I am saved. But still the situation is not very good so as you are saying that pulling from hair means facing a problem. But yes I got courage this time to face it and again as you said that blood is energy. But my past debts I don't know. So I could understand something.

Seems like both dreams reflects your job situation. Maybe your ex represents your male side, the breadwinner, the worker..who now is drained..
You can still "milk the cow", but you're "up to your ancles in dirt"...The milk man, your employer, clean your feet...Maybe this reflect that you're saved now. He wants you to bare your chest, to strip - is he stripping you off something? Your salary?

No, he is not stripping my salary. May be it was just fear that if I would loose income. As I did not showed him chest So it looks like I gone through dangerous situation but saved.
