G'day guys Was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this dream symbol...Very often (I'd say at least a few times a week) I have dreams about lizards. Personally i love any type of animal - and i used to have lizards as pets (So in no way are they scary - i'm usually happy to see or 'discover' them in my dreams). These are the lizards that appear in my dreams - but often they have babies. An example is last night i drempt that i released my pet lizards into the wild. I came back a period of time later and they had given birth to lots of baby lizards... What do you think this represents? Any ideas would be appreciated! funny I've checked a couple dream books I have here at home and they don't even have lizard listed! So I looked up general lizard symbolism: Lizard- Detachment from Ego, Power to Regenerate That Which is Lost, Facing Fear, Controlling Dreams, Moving in the Otherworld, Conservation, Agility, being reborn. ------------------ but you visit my sweetest dreams and you kindle all of my phantasies and you're right, it's your name that i scream ..don't you feel it, don't you hear me baby..

Hi, Nebel!I peronally felt good while reading your dream. One thing that came to my mind is - by letting your lizards go (wow, I wrote wisards originally!?), you are setting one significant part of your personality free. I felt love while reading this, so I assume you're doing it with a lots of love, and it coming back to you multiplied, as a gift, a bless or a prize. That is, if lizards are what I feel they are in your dream. I think Wych found good symbols that supports what I wrote. IP: Logged |

hi nebel, yup ditto with wych and dreamflake. i could only smile at your dream. lizards are said to symbolize freedom or a letting go (regeneration=ability to grow a tail, right?). i had a dream of one last time and i chanced on these meanings which felt very right for me. i think tis quite related to how things are with you there in tasmania...to what's been happening lately...oh wow...lots of baby lizards!...how about the thought that things are looking good and up for ye...?

Nebel maybe this is totally inappropriate but have you read the David Icke thread in Free for all and it's connection to the Reptilian race? It's very interesting that you would be having this kind of dream more then once. I'm probably way-off but it's the timing of your post that's making me think maybe you could read this stuff, maybe your dream wants you to explore it.

I have a tie with lizards on it. Really cute tie. ------------------ "Never mentally imagine for another that which you would not want to experience for yourself, since the mental image you send out inevitably comes back to you." Rebecca Clark IP: Logged |

I think Amber, Dreamflake and taj are probably right about this one. As coincidental as this dream post may be, I doubt it has anything to do with Reptilians.Randall - IP: Logged |
