Hi Stella how are you? It's been awhile ! Listen, I wanted to run some Astral things by you. You know how hard I have been trying and I just cant seem to make it I have been reading,reading,and reading ! What I have decided is that I am not taking proper care of my Body Temple. I am thinking that when I get home from my vacation, end of April I am going to change the way I eat completely I will start with a Fast, and also practice meditating once a day, incorporate this with a very healthy oragnic food diet and see what happens. When my Mom called today asking me to post her dream, I told her my idea. Mom seems to think that I have too much "baggage." Geeez...could that really truely be what is wrong? I am trying to drop the stuff, but you know some of it is like Louie V luggage....spent way too much and it will last forever  What do you think about all these crazy things Im thinking? Hi Melissa, how's Alaska in the spring? I believe these things are coming to you when the time is right...If you don't manage to get to do OBE, at least concentrate on your dreams, astrology and anything connected... As for the body temple, I sometimes feel I'm rather fanatic when it comes to nutrition because I believe you are what you eat. Many people will disagree, but I'm totally against fasting, and I don't believe it does your body any good to starve. I believe a healthy diet contains a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables, organic preferably. Also avoid all sort of junk and crappy precooked food, sugar, white wheat, and all kind of plastic, synthetic food - like diet sodas - that are nothing but chemicals. I'm sure Evergreen can add something here! Not only will a good everyday diet give you loads of energy, but eating healthily is something you'll benefit on your entire life. Start in your vacation and you'll come home feeling like dynamite!! A good way to start is to begin eating more fruit and vegetables, and then the rest will follow...
