last night, I had a dream that I was talking to someone about going on a vacation...and they were asking me a good place to go for a weekend visit. I suggested they go to Lexington, Virginia...because of the history and mysterious romance of the quaint little town. I was talking to a woman that I can't recall who she is, and she became very pale...she pointed over my shoulder but could not speak....I turned around to see 3 young men standing behind me. They were in black and white, like I was looking at a photo or something. They were dressed in military uniforms..from the civil war era. I walked over to them, and asked each one their names and where they are from. They were all from Lexington, and I then asked their ages...they were 19, 18 and 26 years old. The one in the middle...he had the most dark piercing eyes I've ever seen...I saw him so very plainly..more plain than the other two, as they were somewhat fading in and out. He had a moustache and it was one of those long ones, that curl down around his mouth...
He is the only one of them that spoke to me...I was VERY calm talking to him and I asked him what did he need? He told me that they, meaning him and the other 2 men, had been sent to protect me.
and I woke up.
Lately I have felt a strong urge to learn more about the Civil War and I have visited Lexington twice last year. Each time I felt like...I belonged there. And the bed and breakfast that I stayed in, is the one that I saw the ghost of the little girl there...she had blonde curls all over her head...it's just weird...
