i dreamt of being in a house...i was in the basement sitting on the couch looking out the windows...i could see a storm coming and then the heavens opened and it was pouring buckets of water and a horrific storm...at that point i knew it was my house, and i ran upstairs to get my little one Sarah...all the kids were upstairs..like a daycare or something...i grabbed Sarah, and it was soooo dark...i could barely see her...she was sleeping...i then looked in the living room and someone was in the rocker, rocking a newborn baby...i saw the babies face and it was so sweet...sleeping...i told my mother who was there to not let anyone go into the living room because one of the oaks might fall through the living room window...i was turning around to tell this person with the baby to come with me, but the alarm went off and i woke up..

This dream has a similar meaning as the "Kevin dream".

We again have symbols for the unconscious and emotions (basement/dark - rain/storm). In this dream however, it is indicated that you are aware of these "horrific" emotios that are "pouring" forth from the unconscious, that you "see" them (looking out windows).

The kids are upstairs because they are your "top" priority, they are your first concern and you wish for them to be as unaware of the threatening situation as possible (dark/sleep).

You are concerned about your life situation - the way you live (living room) is at risk or is threatened to be destroyed. You are concerned about how you will escape the situation. The baby is some new or undeveloped thought/idea "born" out of this stormy situation which you wish to save and nurture/develop (mother).

The lack of male figures, like a father or husband, is also rather telling. Like the other dream, this is the type of energy that is missing in your life, in a positive sense - it is what you lack and what you need.
