Two things:
1. Dream
2. Question

Okay, the dream I had last week has been on my mind constantly ! I had a dream about another man.
I was at a friends house (have no idea who this friend is I never saw her face)I was not here in Alaska, but in another state. This man and I had fallen completely in love with each other.A kind of love that, well you would only find in a dream...so to speak ! He was very aware of the fact that I am in a relationship with someone else, I knew that we had a deep conversation about it, but I didnt see that, I just knew we did.
I saw him so clearly that I could describe him to you as if he were sitting here right in front of me.
We were both very sad that I was getting ready to go back home, and we decided to meet the first of August at Reage on the River to decide then how/when we were going to make our relationship permanent.
The thing is...I am going to this place the first of August.
This dream was so real, I could actually feel him, smell him etc.!!
What could this mean?

Now my question is....
I have been trying for sometime now to Astral Travel. I have heard that it is possible to meet people while traveling. Is this true? Is there some chance that maybe this is what happened, and I really did meet his man?

My bestfriend had a dream last night about hearing peoples voices, drum beats and me dancing with a man...but she never saw his face !

Wow....someone help please this has me feeling so strange !
Thanks in advance

Melissa

Hi SCM Your post made me sit up! Have you ever had this kind of dream before? The predictive kind, I mean.
By the way, are you wondering about whether the relationship you're in at the moment is valid to your life anymore?

Hi Aqua
Talk about making you sit up...lol I have been "sitting up" for several days now ! To answer your questions, no to both. This is what is so disturbing is this a predictive dream? Hmmm this is the question. Kinda freaks me out
Thanks for asking ! Have a great day....yeppie it's the weekend ! Time to plant some Sunflowers

Weehee, I live for Sunday!
I love Sunflowers! Hmm...Sunday, Sunflowers - must be my Sun in Leo.

Aah, since we're on this topic, I had a dream recently, about this beautiful man - totally exquisite, and I remember feeling complete and total love for him - like I have never felt before. Freaked me out as well, coz I was in a relationship at the time with a man I was totally nutty about. Somehow I got the feeling that my chappie was only a part of the chappie in my dream. Does that make sense? Made me realise that there just might be something in the theory that a soul can split itself into several physical bodies at one time.

Anyway, have a good Sunday. I sure will!

Hi Ra Thanks ! I cant wait to find out what you think

Aqua
Geez how did you feel after you had this kind of dream? I know that,as strange as this is going to sound, I really feel like I met this guy !

It is seriously bothering me. Did you have a hard time shaking the feeling this dream of yours left you with?

Hey Ra!

Melissa, I wasn't very comfortable with the dream because, as I said, I was in a deeply committed relationship and I didn't think it possible that I could EVER feel more love than I did for the man I was with at the time. The love I felt in this dream was somehow...not stronger exactly...but more well-rounded, more complete, which made me realise that maybe I'd only met part of my twin. I wasn't crazy about the idea, but then all of us at some point of our lives resist change even if it promises something richer. Maybe you should think about if that applies to you at this point. You'll know one way or the other.

Hi Melissa!

Well, It is certainly possible to meet people while out-of-body, and there could be some chance that this is what happened, but there is no way for me to tell.

You already knew that you are going to this place, so I must ask, what are your expectations in going there? (before the dream!) Why are you going? What is the purpose?

I am not completely convinced that this is a predictive dream, but we certainly cannot rule it out! I, too, have been in love with dream characters from time to time, but they usually are there to help convey some other message - except, of course, the one that came true and I married!

The best way to resolve this is to re-live the dream in your mind just before you go to sleep. Visualize it, feel it, be in it as much as possible. When you feel you have established some good measure of the feeling of it, visualize this man and ask him who he is. "Who are you ... who are you" - repeat to yourself like a mantra until you fall into sleep. Record what you can remember when you awaken, even if it seems to make no sense, and think about it throughout the day periodically. It may take a few days of doing this to get a solid answer, but you WILL get it.

Let us know!

I wish I could be of more definitive help in this, but that is all I can offer at the moment.

Ra thanks so much. I wil do what you are suggesting and I will let you know what happens ! As far as what I am doing at this place...going with best friend and her man. There should be a good 300,000 people there this year. Just great music and food all weekend (you camp there). I am in a relationship with someone now and I had no intention on meeting anyone while gone(well not for relationship value anyway):)

Melissa and aquamoon -

I fell in love with a dream character yesterday, and it reminded me of another possibility.

Sometimes when we have an "affair" with a dream character, it is a reflection of something that we are hiding from our significant other.

Are either of you keeping something from your other? It does not have to be a major something, just enough to cause a small amount of guilt.

I have had several of these "affair" types of dreams in the past month or so, and they certainly have nothing to do with having an actual affair or meeting someone else. Two of them were immortality related, and a couple of them were guilt related, relating to having an "affair" with a habit that I am not supposed to be habitting!

Ra~
This is very interesting to say the least ! Im not doubting this idea what-so-ever...but, I just dont get that vibe. This was such a real dream I could swear I could feel his skin and my best friend has had a couple of dreams about me the last few nights, I am clearly with someone, she just never gets to see his face??
I have tried what you told me to do before sleep the last two nights and wouldnt you know it, I have had dreamless sleep both nights !! I am going to keep on trying though !

Hmm, cool! That's an amazing interpretation.
Nah, but I don't think it was the same for me. I always get a good or a not-so-good feeling about a dream, and this one didn't have any not nice feelings, it wasn't guilt, or there'd have been a bitter aftertaste when I woke up. And oh ya, we weren't having an affair, I was just watching him with complete love.

You in the habit of habitting habits you shouldn't be habbitting?

Aww Ra we wouldnt have you any other way
So I burt my dream candles again last night. As I posted earlier, I havent been dreaming at all .....
But, last night I did dream. It wasnt at all what I had been thinking about prior to sleep!! My dream was about my boyfriend and I buying a new house together. I think this just has to do with the fact that I work at a Mortgage Company and its end of the month closing time
Oh well I will keep trying !

Melissa, I find that it helps to say, 'Wake me up when you want to talk to me'. I often find that otherwise I forget that I've had a dream at all until I come across something that takes me back. Thought this might help.

Ra, that's why we loves ya!

Aqua~
That is a great idea ! I will try that tonight. I woke up this morning dreamless again.
My friend has had the same dream over and over about me and some guy at the same place that I told him to meet me. The dream for her everytime is always the same.
She hears drum beating in the background, and she can see me and all of this guy except his face
LOL she is tired of having this dream !! She says everytime she has it, she wakes up with a headache ! She thinks its due to the drums...LOL poor thing
Have any thoughts about her dreams? Off to actually get some work done Have a great day Aqua

Hmm, what's with the drums? If you do ever meet him, tell us if he's Aries or has strong Aries influence in his chart. Drums, fire, Mars, Aries - just going with the word association happening in my head.

Hope you have a great day, too!

Interesting that you should bring up Aries, Lilly (best girl) is an Aries !!
She thinks she has an idea about who this guy might be, but as usualno face !
I will call her and ask her if she knows what his sign is and get back to you on that one
As far as the drums go, the place we are going in August...drums everywhere and almost constant day and night !!

Everytime I see your username I cant get that damn song out of my head...LOL so flippin cute
You are so right about our connection. It is unreal to both of us sometimes. Couldnt/wouldnt ask for a greater friend

Ok as for this guy ....
Lilly met him a couple of years ago at this same function (she and her man try to go yearly) anyway....he is a long time friend of her man's. She told me about this incrediable friend of her man's that she met way back when, but I never even gave it a thought !! They dont see him on a regular basis, as he lives in S.F.
Background on my friend:
You havent met her yet. She has alot of trouble posting on this site for some reason, but I call her Sisterdreamwatcherfor great reasons. I swear SunShyne if I told you some of the dreams this girl has had and the accuracy in which they hold it would freak you out ! Even world politics It is sometimes a little bothersome for her !
Anyway, when I told her about this dream, she immediately said this guys name !! She ask me to describe the dream guy, which I did, and she said his name again!! It's just so weird.
Like I said I have no idea who or what this guy looks like. Cant you just picture me now on my trip scanning the crowd constantly...LOL
"Oh yoo-hoo dream guy, come out come out wherever you are."
