Topic: Sure it's in Astral Realms but what do you astrologers think?

Hi Ra and others,
Okay, last night I had a dream. I can't remember the whole thing right this second but I dreamt that there was a "goat" somewhere or something and then it was walking down the road but the devil was possesing the goat (sharing the body with the goat). I know because I heard the devil's voice but I did not see him and he was saying to the goat something like: "C'mon let's do this work , there has been an effect, just wait until I go to the crab and you see what we (him and the crab) do, then you will recognise what has been accomplished" He was saying something like that. That is when I thought that the the devil was going to the animals and using the "weaknesses/vulnerabilities" categorized by the zodiac sign that they represented to do work. In the dream I realized that the goat was Aries (the ram) and then in the dream I was thinking that the devil was using Aries' explosive temper and rashness to his own ends by putting a situation there knowing that the ram would react and thereby manifesting his (the devil's) own "work". But manifesting to what ends I did not know and probably did not even think about in the dream. I might have wondered in the dream why the devil was going through the zodiac though. He was possesing the animals of the zodiac. One thing that I thought was odd though was that he was going from the goat to the crab.Now what do you think about something like that? I myself am a Libra, if you find that relevant. I know a few Aries and about two Cancers if you would find that relevant. Okay, I look forward to seeing what you think. Bye. ------------------

Is it not obvious? Astrology is the work of the Devil!!!   I suppose many a Christian would wonder what I am laughing about! Seriously, though ... I am certainly no astrologer, but I will have a closer look and see what I can from my limited perspective. If anyone versed in astrology has any thoughts, we would love to hear them!    IP: Logged |

I forgot to mention, that in the dream, the devil's place was not exactly to do what he was doing; he was going to the animals of the zodiac but that was not his "station" if you will. In the dream it was like: he's going into them and they are innocent. He wasn't possesing them the whole time of their existance, is what I am trying to say. In the dream it was some kind of new strategy or something like that.
And just what about the fact that he went to the crab right after the goat; what about the signs/animals in between?

Here I am again.
Isn't the goat Capricorn? Maybe the sign that it was Capricorn in the dream because in the dream I assumed that the goat was Aries but mabe it was Capricorn. Cause in the dream I was thinking about the weaknesses of the goat and I came up with the rashness of Aries but I don't know that it was a fact of the dream that the goat was really Aries but I really thought that it was, so perhaps it was a fact of the dream and the goat of the dream was the representative of Aries.

Hello RAWHAT do you mean that astrology is the work of the devil?I am certainly missing something.Please explain yourself.
Surely People with evil intentions will use astrology to further their evil doings?It makes logical sense. HI SILVERBELLS That dream of yours is surely creepy at times but I think you were dreaming of Capricorn and not Aries.All maybe it is both?

Hi moondreamer. Yeah it just might have been Capricorn that I was dreaming of but I was thinking really hard in the dream and that was odd too because I have never heard of anyone thinking in their dreams; they either know or they don't know something so maybe I was thinking too much in the dream. Also, it wasn't sound sleep and I have the notion that when I have restless sleep, I function more with my "concious" mind-I think; perhaps.

This is an interesting dream, and I am curious to find out the meaning.Silverbells, what was going on in your life just prior to having this dream that pertains to astrology? Were you thinking or talking to someone about anything specifically astrological? Have you been working on some sort of astrological question or "problem"? Is there some sort of conflict brewing between a Capricorn and a Cancer that you know? Or could this be related to aspects of your own chart? Could the devil represent some sort of "negative" or difficult confluence of aspects in your chart? Perhaps recently affecting Capricorn (or Aries), and headed for Cancer? (what is that called in astrological terms, an affliction or something?) Wow, there are alot of possibilities here! I cannot wait to see what the actual meaning is!  IP: Logged |

I had been rather pre-ocuppied(sp?) with the thoughts of this Aries boy that I know and wondering what the hell his problem really is. I only know about 2 Cappys that I can think of; one is a girl that I haven't spoken to in a while. The other is my uncle and as I was thinking about the answer, his wife is a Cancer, but I don't think about them that much and I hadn't been until maybe yesterday (days after my dream). But hey.  Recently SOMEONE was kind enough to do a chart reading for me. I'll look at it again and see if I see something that I think might have something to do with Cancer and Capricorn or Aries or my 1st or 10th house.

It's been right in my face the whole time. Well, I have Aries in Cancer which is being transitted by Saturn(ruler of Capricorn). Well there you are, what do you think??? So I don't know if the goat was Aries or Cappy; it looked like Cappy but I thought that it was Aries in the dream. IP: Logged |

I don't know!!!! C'mon tell me what?!? You have to know. I can't really get any more astrological than that. My knowledge of astrology is relatively limited. So I don't think that I would have a dream that would be overly(relatively) zodialogical(?). So I think that the information that I have is all that is needed. Maybe and probably. Tell me what you think. I must know.

Perhaps you are being tested in some way. At the time of this dream, Oct. 21, was your temper or patience being tested? Were you being stubborn about something? Or are you now? If so, it could be indicated that your emotional nature (Cancer) is the next to face the test. I suppose this could make sense especially if the "devil" wins the battle with your inner "Ram", which would naturally lead into the area of emotions. Does this make any sense? IP: Logged |

Hmmm, I don't know.
My patience is always being tested. It is constant for the time being. Meanwhile, I am always "stubborn" because if I am not, they might break me and then.... I really don't remember what was going on with me at the time. It was a time of strange dreams, that is what I vaguely remember. I don't know if what you said rings any bells with me. Who knows man.  I would really like to, but I can't think of anything and what you said...I don't know.

Any new thoughts?I was reading today about the Tropic of Capricorn and the Tropic of Cancer as they relate to Earth's energy grid in relation to the Sun, and thought about your dream. Then I was listening to a radio show about the monumental solar flares that are currently underway. Definately a stretch in thinking, but I could not help but to wonder if your dream had something to do with this. "Probably not" is what I am thinking, but I have thought of nothing better so far!
