Heya Ra, Lindaland Dreamers I had this dream this morning when i fell asleep on the couch (Must've needed the sleep I decided to park my car in a park that was covered in a concrete overhang - so the car only just fit under it. I decided this was good becasue the car was protected. When i tried to move however i couldn't becasue of the protective overhang over the carpark. I decided to move the car, but realized i had locked my keys in the car. My friend forced the car door open, and got my keys. I tried to start the car, but every time i did a part of the car would fall off! Another friend of mine came over and said -'this will take ages to fix'. Later in the dream i was near the most beautiful beach, with clear blue water. I went for a swim, and there was a shark in the water - so i got out (Only just). Later, when i was with a group of friends, we decided to go back into the water. Three sharks came over to us, and we all got out of the water - except for the last friend, who was stuck. I went back to help her (The other friends had ran off) and pulled her from the water. Her ankles and feet had teeth marks in them. OK - Real life scenario is i have just moved back home with Dad after breaking up with my boyfriend (Again). I feel overly protected and like i can't move (The carpark and protective concrete overhang?). I am considering moving to Queensland (Up north) to find a job. I am also considering if it is wise to move back with my boyfriend for 'another' try... are the sharks warning me not to get back into the emotional waters I'm considering? If so - is this related to the job move, or the boyfriend move? Thanks for your help LOL Nebel ------------------ If you want to view paradise - simply look around and view it! IP: Logged |

I don't know much about dream interpretation, but I wanted to post here because I think it is a funny coincidence. When I woke up this morning, I remembered what I had been dreaming about for the first time in over a year and a half. and my dream was about a great big shark. And while I was at work today, I heard someone else in the office talking about a shark in their dreams to someone else. Not sure that it means anything, It just made me wonder if something major happened somewhere today involving sharks and perhaps we were more receptiver to it.IP: Logged |

My son had a shark dream on the third. I think his was all about dangerous emotional waters. This is what he said, verbatim (he is five):"All the kids were sitting on the boat and one kid was hanging on top of the boat and there was this big bar thing on top of the boat and he was hanging and the shark was jumping up and down trying to eat him. And the kid's legs were lifting up and down and the shark didn't even get to eat him. And the kids were telling him to get down so the shark couldn't eat him. And that's it." He said he was not scared in the dream, but the symbology seems fairly clear ... and it makes sense in the context of his waking life. Anyway, Nebel, I am not sure what to tell you yet, but you seem to at least have an idea what the symbols represent in your waking life. I will get back to this as soon as I can. IP: Logged |

I tend to think this is related to both your job and relationship. The car is the way you progress through life. You are in a tight spot - as you said, you cannot move. Things seem to be falling apart. "This will take ages to fix" ... a karmic implication? Is it time for a new car (job and/or relationship)? The shark is your boyfriend. You left him before (got out of water), and you returned, only to be bitten (the friend is you). Do you swim in infested waters again? If so, take a harpoon! I could not tell you what you should do. You will have to feel the message of your dream out for yourself. Good luck!! IP: Logged | |
