Topic: Pink & Blue mice

I dreamed I walked into my breezeway and was frightened by a large cage with some kind of wild animal in it. Next to it was a large box of live brightly colored pink & blue mice. My nephew (5 yrs old) was playing in them & a couple ran away. I told him to stop because if I stayed here I didn`t want them in the house but if I moved, it wouldn`t matter.  The colors were intense and just beautiful. I do not have any plans on moving so I`m led to believe it has another meaning. Any ideas?  juniperb  ------------------

Okay, no babies or thoughts of babies ... "been there done that"? I thought you were like nineteen or something. Or something, I suppose.  I always thought you seemed mature for the age I imagined you as - guess that is why! Anyway, I would think the meaning of this dream would just jump right out at me, but it has not. Nineteen sounds good to me  Actually I`ll be 222 (again, really like being this age) tomorrow... I`m just immature for the years that have rolled by  The dream seems too simplistic doesn`t it? I`ve been in a vivid dream cycle lately and bright intense colors have been involved in every dream. The object of intense color is what I believe holds the most meaning. But I may be wrong and need to look deeper. Thanks Ra for looking at it  juniperb ------------------

You could be right about the colours, they could be a key. Colours often represent emotions, and this could make sense out of the caged animal and the mice. If looked at from this perspective, it could indicate that you have been trying to control some sort of emotional impulse or primal urge (caged animal). Perhaps you have not taken it as seriously as you should, have made less of it (mice). Pink can represent undeveloped feminine aspects, romantic energies, new love, or a little girl. Blue could represent anything from intuition to "blue" emotions, depending upon the shade. What shade was the blue? Which of these possible meanings (pink and blue) feels right to you, if any? Whichever you choose, those are the energies/emotions that you are afraid of, that you are holding back (perhaps unconsciously), and that you are concerned could "escape" and "spread". Is this about a relationship? Well, those are some thoughts so far. I am sure we can come up with something else if none of this fits.  IP: Logged |
