So there I was, snoozing away comfortably next to my girlfriend when I had this dream sometime between 7:30AM and 9:00AM this morning. All of a sudden, it seemed as though I was looking at a journal, her journal. All it said on the page was "I love you". I could feel her presence in the dream. Then as suddenly as it happened, it was over and there I was in bed, completely disoriented and not entirely aware of my surroundings. Eventually I realized that I was in fact in my bed at home and that it was a dream. I don't recall ever having had a dream like that. I often see things and symbols, but never hand written words, and certainly never anything like what they said. And it has been a LONG time since I woke up so disoriented from a dream... so long that I can't remember the last time it happened. I'm not freaking out, but I am curious if anyone has any insights or thoughts on this. Thanks much!IP: Logged |

Welcome, spinnaker.  Yes, very romantic. Seeing the written word, or at least remembering them, is a relatively rare thing. Has the subject of love been on your mind? Do you need validation?  Maybe she loves you.  IP: Logged |

Ra and y'all,
The whole admitting to love ordeal has been an unspoken issue between us, as we started seeing eachother 3 weeks ago, but she is moving tomorrow. She told me once that when she leaves, she isn't looking back. Since then there have been conversations and such to the contrary, so I know I've secured a place in her heart, as she has mine. Then came the dream.
As far as seeking validation, no. I am as confident in my feelings for her as she is towards me. However, I have been paying attention to signs from the universe/higher power and listening in the silence for insights... haven't been steered wrong yet with her. So that is why when that popped up in my dream, I knew it was something signifigant. Pwoof!
