Nothing wrong with sex dreams. They are dreams full of energy which often symbolize something else. I suspect that Amber's dreams are a way for her to release energy, probably sexual energy, and also a way for her fantasize, to play around in ways she otherwise does not.

As for other content, there is definately a meaning, and the possibility of a past-life connection occurs to me as well. But beyond this, I seem to run into a block. I read the dream and I know that the meaning should be relatively obvious, but I cannot seem to make sense of it when I begin to write. Figures! Things become so strange with you sometimes, Amber (I do not mean that in a bad way at all). Why do I have such difficulty with so many of your dreams?

Thank goodness Ms. pixie and FishKitten have offered some thoughts, because mine are just not coming through.

I'll keep trying.

These dreams are compensation for a lack in waking life, mostly (there are some other energies at work here as well). Your spirit and your mind are confined within the life you are leading. Of course, you are relatively happy in many ways, but there are aspects of yourSelf which have been stiffled, sacrificed in a way for your son and husband. As you mature, you find your outer self becoming more "conservative", while your inner self is just as liberal as ever. Because certain aspects of the inner you have taken a backseat to necessity, an outlet is needed, and your dreams of this nature are serving as such. Here, in your dreams, you experience control, power, and live "in the spotlight" within the attention as that part of you craves. Here, your powerful sexual energies and fantasies are safely vented (that does not mean O'Reilly is your fantasy!) as much as possible.

This is the most surface level of meaning of the dreams. I feel that the power aspects you so frequently experience in dreams is also rooted in past-life experience, lives in which you weilded a bit of real power.

You're right on a lot of things, Ra. A lot of me is stifled now. My hair is black and I hate it. I even considered going out and getting a mohawk recently because my hair is SO BORINGK. My clothes are boring. My make up is boring. It's driving me a bit nuts. Naturally, image isn't everything and it's very superficial. I'm the same person inside no matter what but it's just part of my nature to be flamboyant and be more creative with it than I have been.
