Last night (or early this morning really cant remember)I had an unusually dream. Here it is: I turned the radio on and an advert was playing but the jingle(you know the song of the advert) was playing.I got excited as I haven't heard that jingle in years. It is really a good jingle. The advert was about beer. Anyway afterwards, I went to go and catch a bus to college. While I was there, there were 3 other people waitng for a bus too(2 boys,1girl,younger than me).Anyway, I was still excited about the jingle I heard earlier on.I was telling them this and suddenly buses were starting to come, so we hop on and ask if the bus was going to the city, he said no.So we waited for the next bus to come and we did the same, the answer was no.This happens over and over again.Eventually I get fed up because now it is time to be at college. So we hop on the the next bus that comes and the same happens. We stay on the bus.But all this time the jingle was in my head.End of dream. The bus route I am on ,all the buses go to the city. There is only one bus that passes through when I wait for one, thus I get on it. The jingle of the advert I cannot remember now that I am typing this out,the jingle was about frienship, that is all I can remember. But the funny thing is that the beer that was advertised, I dont drink it,I cant stand the taste. Even know this beer is the 2nd best selling beer in South Africa. What do you guys think? MD

It does seem as if this jingle contains a part of the message. Friendship? Excitement? A jingle from the pat? Beer? The bus represents the way in which you travel your path, your current path or way of life. If your main transportation was a car, the bus would have a different meaning. It could be possible that this jingle represents a connection with the past. A friendship? Some other relationship? It is also implied that you could be waiting for something. Are you? And there is the reference to school. This could simply be an everyday scenery background, or it could be symbolic. What do you think? Can you connect these possibilities in any way as they might relate to a waking situation? IP: Logged |

Hi RaTo tell you the truth, I dont know what to make of this dream. Like I said before the jingle was one of friendship. What you said about the bus,are you implying that when I do get a car,my life path will change? I would have to think about the jingle representing a connection with the past. When the advert came out years before,I was too young to drink. I am waiting for this year to end so that college will be finish and I can move on with my life. This dream is really bugging me for some reason. Thank you Ra. MD IP: Logged |

Hmmm .... I am not sure what else to say. Some of my thoughts seem to fit, but not completely. Does anyone else have any ideas? IP: Logged |
