.....this dream I had awhile back. I'll never forget it. It was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

I was at the ocean in a place that looked very similar to the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland. I was standing on a small shore on the sand between two majestic cliffs. The sky was painted with the most brilliant colors I've ever seen. I've seen nothing like them in waking life. Deep purples, blues, pinks and oranges like you see in some of those gorgeous sunsets - but better.

The water was calm and I swam out very far and suddenly noticed, a little further off in the distance, an ENORMOUS, wide, white marble staircase hovering over the ocean. It went way up into the sky - it seemed to have no ending. I was captivated by the whole scene and swam to the staircase.

When I got there, I could just reach my arms up to the first stair and tried to pull myself up. I struggled to pull my body out of the water but I just couldnt. It was a little too high up and my hands were wet and kept slipping off.

I swam in the same spot for awhile, keeping myself afloat, when to my amazement - I noticed that there were about five or six more staircases off at different distances all hovering above the ocean. I was in absolute awe at this spectacular spectacle.

I suddenly remembered that my friend Jessica, was back on shore (she wasnt there before). I started swimming back, I had to tell her to swim out there with me and experience this.

I got to shore and tried to convince her to come in the water. She wouldnt - she was scared. My attempts at convincing her were not working so I waded back into the water.

I got about chest high and decided to go under. I can't even describe what I saw. I could see, with the most amazing clarity. I swear I saw every grain of sand on the ocean floor. I could see so far under the surface of the ocean, into it's depths. From where I was it made a steep decline ahead of me. It was like my eyes were binoculars. There were rocks and beautiful shells everwhere. It was so CLEAR, not how it usually looks when you open your eyes under water.

All of the sudden I noticed a fish before me, swimming straight toward my face. It swam fast right to about an inch or two away from hitting me and sharply turned and swam off to the right. Even though it was fast, I saw the fish SO clearly - every speckle - it was brown and green with a pink and white belly, and it had two long whisker things.

All of the sudden I realized I needed to breathe. I launched myself up to the surface. I was yelping to my friend that she needed to come in but she wouldnt. I can't really describe how I felt. Overjoyed, overwhelmed in complete amazement - sort of describe it.

That's all I remember. It was so beautiful. And being an artist, I've always wanted to paint a picture of it. I tried once but quickly gave up. There is no way I could put the beauty of it on a canvas. My attempt was quickly thrown away.

I just wanted to share this. Feel free to comment if you want.

Wow, that is beautiful.

What was going on in your life then? Were there some 'grand' choices/opportunities before you?

I wish I could've seen it firsthand too.. But I saw it through your images. Thank you.

You know what I noticed? Imagination is incredible. I would picture this beautiful sandy ocean floor, and think it was gorgeous.. then the next line, you'd say it was crystal clear, as if you could see every grain of sand... and so I picked my imagination up a notch... I already thought it was splendid, then it got even better.

I have had clear dreams before, where the beauty was breathtaking, and yeah, I'd wished I could share it. I really wish people could communicate silently more.... Though I love words and their power, sometimes they are inadequate.

Oh, I saw you there Philbird. I was just making sure you remembered.

Pixel - Yes, it's quite amazing how imagination and the mind works.........fascinating.....glad you liked it and could picture it........that makes me wonder what it looked like in your mind......

Ra - Like I said, I had the dream awhile ago, so unfortunately I don't remember what was going on ...... must have been something important - and good - because of the emotions in the dream. I was in awe and happy in the dream and the water was calm - no waves - even though it was an ocean....

Eight of them????
wow.
He'd have to be a big wierd freak ( you know, in more ways than having eight 'tentacles' .) In order to supply needed blood to his 'legs' he'd be all distorted and wierd.

Hey... sorry, I am ruining this perfect vision... let me recreate this....

Orlando Bloom look-alike ....., I don't know why, but that man does something to me... happy he is on he big screen, just so I can look at him
Sturdy manly body~ thick, well-muscled thighs, just the right amount of body hair, Thick forearms and shoulders, well chiselled hip area, sunset coloured skin, all warm and tanned in the light, hair medium length, dark, sparkling eyes, small smirk on pouty damp lips, walkng along the gorgeous water, footprints trailing behind him in the sand, wearng..... you know? I want to say nothing.. but I can't.. I want the enticement of clothing, but I want to see something beneath the shorts.. you know what I mean? How about a pair of slightly loose, but clingy surfer style shorts, hung low on the hips. Sweet firm ass with those awesome muscle-dimples peeking above the waist......
Oh, I like this.
This will ***HOPEFULLY*** be in my dream tonight, I'll let you know.
(At any rate, I am having another quickie tonight, after that vision. . Already had round one this afternoon.. oh, I am so bad!!!) *slap my hand, ladies!
Gotta go!!!!

Hee hee.. I do, and I have.... You will be shocked most likely to hear that I write erotic novellas... I know, my personality just dosn't fit with that (j/k)
It is only for my own entertainment and sharing, but maybe one day I will do something with my ability to 'describe'.
Glad you enjoyed it!

I'll try, but I usually get feeling like a zombie when I'm over there! It's like trying to read Zen! I'll come over when I have a block of time to concentrate. I would also like to say, that since I joined L.L. my understanding of Zen writing has improved ten fold! (and some of the reading I do)
Love Edgar Cayce!
Now reading about quantum physics. In Search of Schrodinger's Cat. I like to have 3 or 4 books going at one time, depending on my mood. Take care!
