My dream has been ocurring in the last 2 days now, Its placed at my old house in Amarillo,Tx and I'm at the house with 2 of my friends, one's Paul and the other is his ex-girlfriend, Veronica, what happens is Paul and I are talking in the house, while Veronica goes out in the backyard to tan, I guess, then I tell Paul I'm going outside to the backyard but when I get to like the middle of the yard there a whole bunch of snakes and it scares me so I run in the house to get Paul, he runs outside, and sees them, and tells me to just leave them alone, as we are going back in the house, we remember, VERONICA! we look for her everywhere, but can't find her then we see this huge giant snake, like an anaconda or something, laying there all quiet and then we see pieces of Veronica's towel on the ground, then the snake wakes up, growling at us and then thats it and then last night I had another dream which had snakes, but its at my recent house now and im in the garage with my little brother's friend Garrett and there's a big yellow snake and I tell Garett not to move but he sees the snake and moves and it bites him, so I grab it and throw it offbut then it comes to me and thats the end of that one. well, help? Oh, those snakes! I often have a difficult time pinning down the precise meaning of a snake symbol because there are soooo many possibilities. Dreaming it twice in a row certainly means something important, so maybe it won't be hard to figure out.The second snake dream seems to be saying that there is something trying to get your attention, or that there is something entering your awareness ~~ yellow is a colour of awareness and transformation, which are also possible meanings for snakes, so the yellow snake appears to be a "double symbol". This could be a symbol for "growing up", as associated with Garrett. May I ask your age? Early teens? Just a guess. Now, as for snakes, they can symbolize transformation or awareness, as I said, and they can also symbolize kundalini, sexual energy, wisdom, knowledge, healing, fear, deceit, unconscious energy, and I'm sure there are a few more! Do any of these possibilities draw your attention? Which one speaks to you? IP: Logged |
