Hi,

For the last three months, I keep dreaming about fish. It's not a nigthly occurance, but it happens so often that I wonder what it means. I have an aquaraium, and in my dreams some of my fish are in danger. The danger is usually the fish being out of water, in which I then throw them back into the aquarium. It's really weird since I sometimes see dead fish, with their heads injured. Last night, was the weirdest. A wolf ate a fish and died. I don't understand the meaning of these dreams, and wonder if it has to do with my Moon in PIsces?????

Dear Deira,
I am not an expert in this, but I think the catch phrase is being "a fish out of water". Are you feeling that way these days? From what I know, fish are supposed to symbolize abundance and fertility. What are some of the qualities that you associate with fish? That could be a clue to what aspects of yourself you feel are "in danger" of being harmed.

'Need to believe' makes some good points and asks the right questions. Fish can also symbolize the movement of unconscious energies/material, and the aquarium can symbolize your personal unconscious.

What are you attempting to contain? Are there emotions or issues bubbling up from deep within that you are trying to control?

About the wolf ... how did you feel about it? What do you associate with a wolf?

Any other details about the dreams that you want to share could help determine the meaning.
