I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else?I have had dreams and astral travel that have left me with bruises, pain, and even smells on my clothes and skin. All of the dreams seem to have a past-life element to them. Although I have not had any of these experiences with bruises in a few years I have had the smells follow me from time to time. Any thoughts?

Hi Irish Eyes, Sorry to hear you've been going through it when you're astrally roaming Do the smells linger, until you've got up? Do the bruises stay the same amount of time as an explainable bump? I've had small scratches I can't really explain. I used to have an occuring dream within the last 3 years of me being in the 'future', with a gun strapped to my leg - Lara Croft style, with teams of people around me I was trying to protect - I yelled at them to get 'upstairs' in this building, turned a corner & got shot in my left thigh - the pain was so intense it woke me up & I couldn't move my leg for about 8 - 10 seconds until the pain faded! I know what you mean by the memories being associated with past lives too though - those are strange Can you tell us any more about them? ------------------ "The past is history, the future is a mystery, & this moment is a gift.. that's why it's called 'the present'." The past life recall that I had that scared me the most is that of being stabbed through the lower abdomen while pregnant and dying. In this lifetime I actually died on the operating table after my son was taken c-section and my daughter was also c-section for numberous reason also. And as you know Sheaa, I have many problem with my female parts to this day. The smells that linger after waking can last for hours and ofter others smell them too. (Try explaining that one to a husband that doesn't believe!) The brusies last for days and some of the makes have never left. I have had a make on my leg the size of a dime for 4 years that the doctors cannot explain. I thought that it was skin cancer or a weird infection but it is not. I have woken up with scratch marks that last only a few days and are never very deep. The worst is waking up smelling like cigars. Even my hair has the faint smell. Every once in a while I dream of my great-grandmother and wake with the smell of her all around and on me. IP: Logged |

Oh honey, how awful for you I posted for you yesterday in FFA, hoping you were OK. I wish I could be there with you I've remembered colours, smells, & feelings on waking from dreams before. I've also had smells linger with me, sometimes floral, sometimes smoke (not when I've been smoking of course) However not as much anymore. My experiences have not been as vivid or pronounced as yours, (to my memory). I believe you though Irish Eyes - I've just noticed your name contains; I SEE ISIS.. I HEAR ISIS YES.. I SEE I (am an) IRIS .. I (am an) EYE There's more I'm sure - how interesting Is there any way of you obtaining help with this problem? Surely you can't be resting well at night? Thinking of you IP: Logged |

Thank you Sheaa. I had never thought to lexi my screen name before. How interesting! I am happy to know that someone else at least understands what it is like to wake and smell things. As for the sleeping part of my night...I do not sleep well most nights. Other nights I sleep very well. I adverage about 5-7 hours a night. How are things with you dear? How are you feeling? I hope that all is well. -Irish IP: Logged |

Hello Irish (hello Ra) I'm fine thank you. Sleep problems have been alot better nowadays - alot less disturbance. Funny how it's been remembered at the same time, did you see pix's post on the 'knockings'? Do you rememeber me posting something on sleep disturbance a little while back? Well I explained it briefly in the thread, but I heard knockings and feelings of not being able to move, some overpowering uncomfortable feelings sometimes. However I surrounded myself in protection - it came when I called! I received a Rosary with a blessing at the right time too. I also spoke aloud and asked whatever was disturbing me to leave. It worked! My dreams are much better now too. Sometimes I have dreams about LL - I dreamt about LS & Gia smiling mainly - but that week they became moderators, you know simpler dreams, not world fighting ones - or disturbing past life ones as much. I've always dreamt - there's not one night I haven't. Astral dimensions facinate me. If you read Pix's thread, Irish, please read what I noted about protection before sleeping. I'm actually getting more than 3hours sleep a night nowadays - so it is better! Hi Ra it is interesting - kinda got used to it now, nothing has hurt me as such - I wake up with scratches sometimes, but they don't hurt? Only the memory of the dream when I was shot in the left leg hurt, but dispersed. And the smells are strange, sometimes when you notice them and try to smell them, they disappear? Then they'll return, quite strongly. I'm more concerned about Irish though?? Bruising is a big un With love, Sheaa ------------------ "The past is history, the future is a mystery, & this moment is a gift.. that's why it's called 'the present'." Anon
