Sooo, I have a question because of something that's been irking me. I just spent the last four nights at my great aunt's house, and for some reason had really long, vivid dreams every night there. But my question is, why is it that even though you're in your deepest stage of sleep when dreaming, I'm still exhausted and sleepy when I wake up in the morning, even if I've gotten a full 8 hours of sleep? I don't really understand that, anyone willing to give me some insight ?

Uuurgh yeah Everlong.. I h8 that!
I've sometimes woken up from what should, by rights be a refreshing sleep - but Ohhh.. no sure enough during the day I'm just cranky, & !!

What kinda dreams have you been having hun, can you share? When my brain / astral body really wants to suprise me, I have epics & sequels - in a certain order too!
