It happens sometimes when I sleep, I have a very heavey feeling all over my body, I cannot move my hands or legs or anything and then I feel, I want to get up. I get scared...I try to pull back and stay where I am and then I force myself to wake up. I call myself, wake up, oh no, this is not happening again. After a minute, I am awake and relieved that it didn't last. This happened 2 days ago after a period of 3 years. Before that it used to happen once every year.
Can someone please explain what I am going thru. Is it that my brain is not getting the needed oxygen because of my sleep composure. Or theres more to it?
Appreciate your help. Regards. IP: Logged |

If I may.. take a peek down through some of the threads here, and also over in Univeral Codes..... this has been nrought up frequently, and is very common.. would you like the scientific possibilities, or the spiritual ones? Both are legitimate.. and either can apply. IP: Logged |

Hi, I studied some material and hit on the word 'sleep paralysis'. These dreams occur just before I go in to REM sleep. Looks like I am awake but my body is cutting of nerve supply one by one before going to sleep mode. And because I am awake, there is a a disharmony. By me yelling wake up, oh no not again. I am waking up my body, so that body does not sleep. Great. That explains. In tha past I tried, not waking up and letting the body continue to go to sleep mode. It really become unbearable. Sometimes even when I bear it, within 2 minutes I become awake. I thought a soul never sleeps. But a body does. So what happens for 99.99 percent of the time that my soul yields to the body and I sleep well. I have heard that avatars such as Shirdi Sai baba, never sleep, they only lie down, and are always awake. How can researches explain their sleep or lack of? Regards,

Hello, iAmThat. I have heard the same thing about Masters not sleeping, but I think it is a misunderstanding. I think they do "sleep", but it is probably quite different because they never become unaware. They remain aware at all times, even when "sleeping". That's the way I understand it. IP: Logged | |
