I wonder if any of you guys have experience what i am about to tell you?

For as long as I can remember, whenever I get physically hurt in a dream,I wake up and there is a dull pain in the spot where I got hurt in my dream.
What is that all about?
It happened to me again last night.
All I remember of my dream, was the end part.

I was lying down on my back outside at some party or get together.
Some guy that I dont know or remember, came up to me and asked if I would like some fruit salad( mmmmmm delicious, the fruit salad I mean), but when he asked me, he was literally sitting on top of me on my chest with his legs crossed, as if in a loctust position.When I woke up, I felt a dull pain where he sat on me.
What is going on?

I've actually woken up with cuts, in places i definetly no i havent had cuts before. Quiet a few times i wake up with a blood soaked pillow because my nose has been bleeding, and it wont stop for ages after waking. I dont usually dream when i wake up with a bleeding nose, or dont remember them. But when i have a really vived dream where i am cut or scratched i actually find one there.

scary.

i never had pain in a dream until after i went to a healer for i think the 3rd time, and 2nd healer (that i went to). she did some intense work on my 1st chakra, and grounding, and that night i dreamed i was in a jungle (seemed to be maybe vietnam) and i fell to the ground, face first and someone shot me repeatedly in the back with a machine gun. i felt it in the dream, not the sting, but the pressure of each bullet, and i experienced a type of death in the dream where (my?) consciousness withdrew inward gradually with each shot into something like sleep. it was kind of a 'shake-you-up' experience since this opened up a whole new realm of fear for me .. . pain .. . now in dreams, too! i had a few dreams after this where i felt pain in the dream, a couple of years later. one where i was a man (other dream i was a man also) and sleeping outside at night while traveling (this seemed to be the distant past--a past life memory?) and i woke up to someone stabbing me (in the dream) and i felt it--including the emotions etc of being stabbed/assaulted/killed
