Topic: Only wondering now that Mother had heart attack

I had this dream about a week before my mother got sick. I went over to her house. My growing up house ( I hated it because i felt it was not good enough). She was getting some redecorating done there. ( my husb and I are doing redecorating right now). I walked in to the living room and it was completely different. There was this thick light green padded wallpaper. It was very dramatic. I thought it was more than the small room could handle but it was nice. Lots of green everywhere I looked. Soft greens. Tall curtains up to the ceiling but all in thick plush fabrics. My thoughts during the dream were like "WOW what a change in this house". IP: Logged |

Hello thirteen  Wow! Looks like you had a bit of a premonition. Mom's physical body (her house) undergoing change (redecorate) ... "It was very dramatic." That fits well. And the colour green seems to be conveying a positive energy ... life, growth. Has your mom changed a lot since her heart attack? For the better? Thank you very much for sharing your dream. I have actually learned a great deal from this particular dream. Not knowing the results, I would have no doubt interpreted it differently ... I certainly would not have seen what was to come. My thoughts would have been fairly vague, I think, and more concerning you than your mother. There could still be an element of that perspective present, I suppose. So again, thanks for sharing. Much light for your mom. Oh, and let us know how well your mom progresses and if she changes somehow.   IP: Logged |

Thanks RA. I was hoping the green was a positive sign. My mother is now 9 days on the ventilator and under sedation. Her heart is doing well, her lungs had complications. They say she will survive. Whats happening is that her kids ( 4 of us, 2 sons, 2 daughters) seem to be undergoing positive changes and growth. I am curious to see what changes she goes thru after this.
