Topic: car crash dreams!

They're back! AHHH! I had a dream this morning where I found this straight shortcut to my house, and for some incredibly stupid reason, thought that I could let the car basically drive itself from point a to b by itself without crashing! So somehow, I got to my house before the car did, forgot about the car, and it went by the house and totally crashed. Beyond repair I guess, but I never got to see that, because at the end of this ditch was some DIY car fix-it weirdo person. Anyway, they totally mutilated what was left of my car, chopped it all up and tried to put it back together, but it was absolutely terrible. This person obviously had no idea and completely destroyed it. I had dreams like this, very vivid and reoccurring during the summer for a few weeks. In every one, my car would wind up smashed but those ones, someone else was always at fault, and I didn't have some repair idiot screw up. And after every single bad car dream I have ever had, I'll wake up feeling so horrible for a few hours and I don't know why. Just absolutely psychological distress. Anyone have any idea about this? I find it interesting that you werent in the car when it crashed. Maybe that means that things or people around you and that you feel are important to you are crashing and you are distressed from watching.IP: Logged |

Hmm! Very interesting replies I just went through a breakup before my car crash dream, and now I'm also having dreams with rather violent fights with the parental figure as well. I definitely haven't felt very in control of my life lately at all...I've also been indecisive, and kind of let my ex make some of my decisions, well until I decided to leave that was my decision! I think even miss_apples is right too, as that's how I feel about some of my friends, and my ex definitely was crashing, in attitude and other things alike. I think they're all related I have a lot going on emotionally. Now I just hope my violent fight dreams dissipate soon! Those are scary. IP: Logged |
