When you've seen a person only twice in your whole life but knew each other for about two years and you've kept in touch and heard from each other regularly and you are so sure, actually secure that you two are meant to be together, that it's like destiny, and whenever you don't hear from that person you have dreams about him/her and you aslo want to dream so you could see or hear from him/her again but that other person also wants to see you and is having dreams too but always something comes up and actually does something that makes you or him/her busy so you wouldn't get that chance to see his/her eyes as soon. What is that telling you? All those limits? Why is it that something stops you every time?

Let things develop naturally, on their own course. And just remember that just because it isn't the right time now doesn't mean there will never be a right time. All those feelings you have are for a reason, so let it develop slowly and surely.

(I have this EXACT same problem and this is what I tell myself over and over as I hold back from exploding my feelings all over this special person. Maybe down the road, you'll come to find out that the feelings are mutual and your special person has felt the same way the whole time. Try not to destroy these feelings because you aren't seeing progress as of yet, just let it happen on its own time.)

Definatly sounds like you have some kind of soul connection with this person grey cat. I have a friend like that too, and when I dont hear from him for a while he talks to me in my dreams.
