Don't have wierd dreams too often but these two have come up and myself and my mum are looking for explanations for them - My mum dreamt last week that she was in a city when a tidal wave occurred and she was having to get people to go into a building and go up to the highest floors; now we are aware of the whole Tsunami thing however she doesn't feel this is what caused her to have this dream. Myself and my sister and our kids were among the people she was trying to save, but she said it wasn't a wall of water higher then everything it was more liked the streets filling up like a huge bath. My dream was me and my family outside a brick public toilet and they were trying to get into the front of the toilet but wouldn't go in becuase there were some wasps buzzing around the entrance and I was saying 'for goodness sake just go in' so I went to the rear entrance but was stopped by MEGA sized wasps and loads of them and they all attacked me around the calves on the backs of my legs and left huge lumps where they stang me, at this point I woke up. Do wasps mean anything specific? Thanx for your input IP: Logged |

Hello cat Your mum's dream suggests rising emotional energies (water/flooding) released from the unconscious. What was going on last week, or just prior, that had her emotionally "flooded"? Your dream suggests that there is something you want to relieve yourself of, release, some feeling or situation you want to get rid of (bathroom), but there is something or someone keeping you from doing so, perhaps out of spite or anger (wasps). Trying to go around it or being secretive (rear entrance) only makes the 'sting' worse. Who or what is restricting your (you and/or family's) progress? Who or what is angry at you (you and/or family) or acting out of spite against you? Does any of this make sense, for you or your mum? IP: Logged |

Hi Ra, thanks for your reply, can't answer fully right now, I'm going to discuss your comments with my mum and will post later. Just wanted to let you know I'm still around. IP: Logged |

Hi Ra, just to let you know, I got back to my mum and she said she's been really worried about my brother, and as he was the only one of us who she couldn't find to get to safety she thinks that's the key, I wasn't clear on this point originally. He's having a really hard time at the mo, in another country, broke up with longtime girlfriend, lost his job etc. So that's probably where she's feeling emotionally flooded & somewhat helpless to assist him. I think the spite or nastiness for me is around my work situation, there's alot of secretiveness going on there and people behaving quite childishly in a somewhat vindictive manner. So good analysis I think, thanks for your help!

That makes a lot of sense with your mum. And yours makes sense too. But I wonder, why was your family with you at the public bathroom? Any idea what the connection is? Does that kind of behaviour (the kind at work) go on in your family too? IP: Logged |

you're making me think now Ra - not a bad thing necessarily possibly because my mum and dad are currently on a working holiday staying in this country but will be returning to their home in australia soon, and I want to go but am waiting longer and trying to increase my education so my work opportunities are better when I go - maybe... that's all I can think of for now that kind of connects to the thought process of the dream. I'll have to go away and think some more about this I think, you're certainly encouraging me to examine this at more then the surface level. Thanks IP: Logged |
