Topic: Not remembering my dreams anymore - Help?

Seems as though for the past 6 months or so I've not been remembering anything of my dreams. Been getting enough sleep, try to tell myself to remember right before sleeping, but seems something wakes me up demanding my attention or even when not I get the tiniest flash before it fades off.I believe dreams are powerful messages from the "other side" or unconscious and wonderful tools of self-awareness, so I really miss them. Plus sometimes they can be plain stress-relieving a pleasurable. Could I somehow be repressing them? My life is in a period of change but no more stressful than ever, in some ways less. (if very stressed, that's usually when the nightmares set in) I want my dreamtime back!!! (even taken extra naps to see if I might pick up something in a lighter sleep) Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!! Here's to active  !!!! IP: Logged |

Thanks Ra!!  I'm sure they will.....(Probably more than I want, I'll be on here going nuts!!) That is the way it's been in the past. I wonder if there would be any astrological explanation of such? Neptune rules dreams doesn't it, mine's in Scorpio? that's me  off to dreamland ~~~~~  IP: Logged |

 I was wondering about astrology as related to the increase of dreams, based on the posts here. It's been very busy here lately. I wonder if there is an astrological correlation. And it is interesting that you are experiencing the opposite. Hmmm.  IP: Logged |
