Topic: RA help...dreamt I had cancer

It was a very wierd dream. In one scene, I was playing with my school mates at my home. It was night time. It seemed as as if I was younger, still a child or teenager. My father came in the room to check if we were asleep and we all quickly jumped into bed and switched off the lights, pretending to be asleep. He came to my end and woke me up and I pretended I had been sleeping, slurring and saying,"Wha..? Wha happened? Why did you wake me up? Are you okay" The reason why I asked if he was alright was because as children, there were many times when he would be ill and things would get worse at night so we would have to call a doctor.
In my dream, however, he launched into a big description of one of my grandmothers (who is still alive), so I thought something must have happened to my grandmother. Then he said, you better get ready. We are taking you to the hospital. I asked why. He said, "They diagnosed your "bumpsy" (I think my brain processed the term "bump" and "biopsy" and somehow mixed them up to sound like this). I asked, scared, "Is it is cancerous?" And he replied, "Yes."I was so frightened, I woke up immediately and was so relieved to know it was only a nightmare...but is it? It was exactly 6 am when I awoke. Please help me interpret this. Is this a message from my higher self? I know that its my dad who actually had cancer, so why did he come to tell me that I did? Is this a reverse role play kind of dream? Could it be that his cancer is back?

Hello neptune lady  Are you in need of some kind of inner healing? Is there something "eating away" at you? Is you grandmother alright? The energy/material/issue we are dealing with could be linked to your childhood, something which happened then that is surfacing again. Not necessarily in the literal sense, mind you, as it could easily be emotional or psychological ... something within you that began at that time in your life, perhaps related to your father's illness, something which is now resurfacing and needs attention.
