Hi Ra, Danny here. Its seems like you the man to ask about dreams, round these paths I have been having really vivid dreams of late and I never remember them afterwards. It just becomes an incomprehensible blur of my imagination, great epics that I have read and poignant movies I've watched. But I do remember the feeling. I was just wondering if there was a way of being more receptive to my dreams, so that in turn I remember them. I was told recently that when having a dream about being chased the thing to do is slow down and turn around to see what is doing the chasing. It sounds perfectly plausible, right? Being that our anxieties are often symbolised. Whad'ya think? IP: Logged |

Hello Danny, welcome Turn and face your pursuer? If you can think to do it, then yes, absolutely! I think for you, Danny, the easiest and fastest way to improve recall is to simply make a few notes about what you do remember each time you wake. Doesn't have to be anything detailed, just a few descriptive words, even if just impressions about how you felt. Like ... "good dream", "felt weird", running, dark, car ... just a few words. I have a feeling that this might work well for you. Will you try it?
