OKay I dont remember much.

I walked into a room amd my sister had a box, when i looked in it it had a blue bird and a snake. The snake and bitten the bird and killed it, my sister didn't seem to mind.

What did the box look like?

Could the snake killing the bird be a reference to the "killing" of your sister's freedom or spirit?

Who or what do you think the snake represents if your sister (or yourself) is the blue bird?
