I saw, I am walking on T Shape road with one of my colleague started straight on one side of T. Suddenly he took a turn on T road and I said to him, why are you going that side, we have to go straight and he said No, I have to go this side and I moved on straight and he took turn.

I don't know much.
But today that guy told me that he is not enjoying what he is doing and he hates it. As I was forced to do the same thing earlier and I didn't take that work. But now he is doing that work. May be this dream is related to it.

Certainly sounds that way.Sounds to me like you made some good decisions. Maybe that is what the dream is about. Have you been doubting your direction lately? Are you wondering if maybe you should have done 'that' instead of 'this'? If so, your dream could be telling you that you are on the right road, the right path ... that the decisions you made on your own were the right ones. Could that be it? Do you need to hear that?
