Topic: Trying to make contact???

I have recently had two or three dreams that a friend (who I havent seen in real life for 5 months) is trying to reach me by letter or text message...does anyone believe that on an unconcsious level, this person could be trying to contact me on the astral plane??? Interestingly the dreams have changed from them appearing elusive (me trying to find them in a crowd etc), to them trying to contact me. Any ideas guys? Thanks and love to all xxIP: Logged |

Hello Sue  I think that is quite possible. What do you mean, "(me trying to find them in a crowd etc), to them trying to contact me."? Did you dream of trying to find the friend first, or has the friend always tried to contact you? Who initiates?  IP: Logged |

Thanks Ra - the theme of the past dreams is I always trying to find him but only seeing him from the back or he gets lost in a crowd, and I feel I can never catch him and now this theme has changed to him trying to contact me (funnily enough I am letting go of him in real life - would this help you at all)? xIP: Logged |

Hmmm ... yes, that helps.I suppose we could look at this two ways. The first, we have already discussed ... some sort of unconscious communication. Or the dream could also be reflecting an unconscious process. As you are releasing him, his existence in your mind, in your your psychological make-up, has turned to face you, so to speak. Unopened or un-received letters/messages often indicate that there is unfinished business concerning the situation, usually on an unconscious/subconscious level, and so suggests a certain difficulty, often emotional, in dealing with the issue. Quite a natural part of the process you are undergoing, I should say. Did I explain that okay? What do you think, Sue?
