i have been dreaming of climbing stairs about 5 times in different dreams and last night or the one prior to that i dreamed i went down but the stairs are at different places and different situation oh and last night i also dreamed of going out of a building and down the stairs any ideas

sunday night i again dreamed of stairs but this time it was esculators and i first stood infront of the one coming up then on the right side i stood with a little girl in front of me at the one going down and it was going very fast almost too fast to get on it but i got on it with the girl safely in the end

Less effort, or not under your own power (escalators). You are very courageous. You have chosen, at least subconsciously, to take on the issues from your childhood (little girl) which are waiting in your subconscious (going down). Difficult to get on, to go down that road, but you can do it.
