My grandma, who died a few weeks back and which I mentioned about her death up in UC, appeared in my dream last night.

IN it I was at home with my dad and sister and my grandma was there too. She showed us a photo of my cousin and his two children. She told us that they were in a horrific car accident where my cousin was seriously injured and his two children died.We were naturally upset but I was crying on and off the whole day. I noticed no one else was as emotional as I was. Howver we never got the phone call to say what had happened.

I am not close to my cousin and his two children are under 5. Incidently, his youngest one was born last year on my birthday- how nice is that?

Hi Yang, I was told by a medium once that when our grandparents appear in our dreams, it can represent spiritual protection. I actually feel when mine visit that way, that their spirits are with me - now isnt that a lovely thing to have happen - you are very blessed Yang x

I just got a message come into my head, which said you are beginning to open up to a different realm in your life - hope this helps !!!!

Sue: Wow thats pretty cool, eh so was that the voice of your grandma whispering in your mind?

My Granny has appeared in my dreams a few times in the past, and once recently, however she never says anything... she just looks at me and smiles

hey you guys all seem to feel the same,, I have something slightly stranger..
actually i connect with my husband's grandma.. he was very close to his grandma and she died about 1 year prior to our wedding.. she had bought some jwellery and before dying had verbally expressed that all those jwellary was to be given to whomever my husband marries... now i was unaware of all these.. My Mother in law keeping to the grandmother's last wishes gave me all the ornaments and expressed a desire to put all of them . i did so and that night forgot to remove the chain and the bangles.. and that night i had the visions of this lady and i woke up.. and after that i feel iam connected to her.. she speaks through me to my hubby and now we find that any time my hubby is troubled she normally visits me in my dreams and leaves some message whihc i dont seem to understand so well at night but after i relate the whole thing to my husband we find the messages to be sensible...
i also find that she visits us normally just a night before some trouble occurs. Say loss in business or Bad report from doc or something like that.. we both have come to belive that she normally comes to forewarn us..

Welcome, Golden Truth

Hello Yang

We can only hope that this is not a true communication or premonition, and I do not believe it is. Of course, I have no way of knowing, but your statement about never getting a phone call struck me as an indication that perhaps this dream was about something else. A phone call can symbolize psychic communication, especially when a deceased loved one is involved, so the lack of that connection suggests, to me, that this could be a completely internal dream.

I feel that this dream reflects your personal emotions about the passing of your grandmother, and your subconscious is simply working through it however it can. To me, the emotions you experienced in the dream mean far more than the imagery.

How do you feel about that?

Ra I think you are right...let me explain.

When I first heard that she died, I was upset but I didn't cry...I think that is down to the fact that her death was expected.

But on the day of her funeral I was emotional. As I entered the church I saw her coffin and I couldn't take it anymore...I burst out crying and ran outside. I didn't want to go back inside and certainly didn't want to see the coffin. But I eventually went back inside.

Also we haven't had news about my cousin so I don't think it was a premonition.

Does that clear things up now?
