..in my dream last night, but this time, it was me who died.OK, here's the dream: I was standing in the check-out q at the local supermarket, ready to pay for my purchases. When all of a sudden these robbers bursted into the shop and demanded everyone to get on the floor. As I was half way down to the floor, one of the robbers shot me dead. However, my soul stood next to my dead body and I realised that in actual fact I had saved two people's life, at the risk of mine. It was a father and his child. I know death signifies a change in circumstances and to dream of one's own death means that one is exploring one's own feelings about death. Apparently it also can means one's own death is often used to explore other's people 's feelings about ourselves. This is all according to my dream book. What I can't understand is why I saved those two people's life at the risk of mine. I hope it is NOT a prophetic dream! IP: Logged |

Sacrifice, but unwittingly. Your dream seems to be saying that you are sacrificing a part of yourself without knowing it ... you know what you need (checkout line of market) but are unable to make it yours completely ... a person or certain circumstances have "robbed" you of your ability to get what you need ... you are willing to allow this, you go along with it (begin to lie down on floor). I would say that most of this is being done unconsciously, almost automatically, without much thought, like you are conditioned to react this way.And it "kills" you. Your dream seems to be suggesting an answer as to 'why'. Perhaps it is an unconscious sacrifice for your father and your relationship with him? How is that relationship? Does he know the real you? Just some thoughts ... let me know if any of it fits. IP: Logged |

I am sorry,Ra, but none of the abovementioned ring true tome. Except perhaps the last thing as NO ONE knows the real me ( I am not evensure of the real me). IP: Logged |

Just throwing this out there... does anyone really know who they are? You get glimpses of it through challenges, and then you know what moves you.. but we have to be adaptable in order to make progress.. knees have to bend in order to walk..... so even if you know you, you will change as circumstances dictate. As long as you try to have the understanding current and of the same basic things that makes your imprint, and move along the road watching out for potholes and holding other's hands..... I think it'll all be okay. Keep learning, and then when you know, you'll learn something else. I wouldn't want to be any other way. So if someone asks me if I know myself, the answer is Yes. No. Yes.IP: Logged |

... back to the drawing board. I'm glad you're honest with me, and I wonder, why do I often have such difficulty seeing the meaning of your dreams? I don't know, but at least it means I've something to learn. IP: Logged |

Ahhh Ra you read my mind. I was gonna ask you why you have difficulty in interpreting my dreams.Anyway, maybe this will help, and we can tak e it from there. My life is going nowhere. I am desperately looking for work, I still live at home and I feel as if this will never end. Perhaps my situation will change for the better by an unsuspecting source? What do you think?

Yang, do you have a lot of fixed planets in your chart? Anything leading to perfectionism and a sense of grandeur? (Cardinal?) Did you just graduate? Congratulations ( I think I posted that in a thread for you a while ago)IP: Logged |

I was thinking about it.......... When I asked that question, I was thinking about my own life, my own affirmations, my own ideas, which are adaptable, and prone to evolution..... Here is something I thought of though.. which may or may not mean something to you. If I go to a restaurant, and the cook made my food differently than I expected.... would I tip the waiter? Would I thank him for the service he performed....After all, the waiter took the time, made time for me, put himself into my life and cared enough to make sure the food got to me to decide if I liked it or not. Whether the food suits me or not, I am thankful for the service. I would leave a tip. I wouldn't perhaps tell the waiter that everytime I came to the restaurant, the cook prepares an elaborate meal I don't recognize, but if I tried it without self imposed expectations of what a potato always looks like, then maybe I would find it quite palatable....... More seasonings? BUt then I am known for being polite. *most of the time* IP: Logged |

Now that is interesting ... Yang, Pixie is refering to me. So now I am wondering if this has something to do with my difficulty interpreting your dreams ... I mean, how synchronistic that we were just talking about that difficulty, and now this similarity between us. One would think that sharing both Sun and Rising signs would make your dreams easier for me to understand, you know what I mean? Very interesting, and something to learn here indeed!Does anyone have any ideas about this? Thanks for noticing that Ms. Pixie! Do you have any ideas or thoughts about it? IP: Logged |

And isn't it odd that we three should all be here at around the same time? Have we ever been before? More synchonicity? IP: Logged |

So you'd both have third house Suns? Communication, especially with air signs... explaining things, categorizing, emoting through intellect. What's your moon, Yang?My Mercury and Pluto are in Libra, in my third house. IP: Logged |

And Yang, isn't it odd that you were saying before that no one really knew you? I am tempted to have someone compare our natal charts. It may not mean a thing, but I am curious. How would you feel about that? IP: Logged |
