Your dream sounds pretty amazing. I'll give it some more attention as soon as I can. Oh, the ocean isn't necessarily emotions all of the time, although the energy does tend to manifest in that way. Carl Jung considered it a symbol of the collective unconscious, and some call it the "primordial womb". Either way, the idea is of a shared or common human mind/consciousness, so your dream could be looked at from that perspective.

Apparently you feel like the relationship you have with your boyfriend is going very well. In fact, these great feelings seem to be filling an emptiness in you. The ocean, in this instance, seems to represent aspects of both the "primordial womb" and the collective unconscious , like I mentioned before ... feelings of comfort, peace, love, warmth, etc ... and a taste of just how profound and deep the energies can be.

But it can be overwhelming at times, and you can be pulled back and forth by your emotional reactions to it (waves pushed back and forth/pulled me into the sea).

"Scared but more alive", that is a good description. But don't let your fears damage it ("no matter how strong I think I am theres always forces around me that’s more powerful"). You want to hold onto that great, amazing, expansive feeling, and you should (hold onto camera). You deserve it. You deserve romance and love in your life (rose leaves light pink). You are just as powerful as any of the forces around you, you just don't know it.
