Ra, I havent been on here in a while, so before i began i want to make sure you know how much i appreciate your time and insight in here,it is so helpful.

i had another shower dream and
id be grateful for some help

first im at a house( i moved from this past jan.) actually im at my neighbors house standing on the front lawn looking at his house and thinking "wow they ve done alotta work to this it looks good , im happy for them"
i go inside to see my neighboor(an elderly gentleman )his daughter stops me and says"my mom died last year and dad just couldnt live without her ,he died.he wanted you to have this"she hands me a dark wooden box on the top left hand side is a nest with a fake wren in it.i think"oh ive wanted one of these "i pick it up turn it upside down,then back up and put it back in the nest.on the front of the box is a door , i open the door there is a scroll pasted ,unrolled, on the back panel. its blank.i feel so honored that he thought of me. this gift is so endearing.
the next scene is a castle with a huge plush front yard and im running across it with my children running ahead of me. my dad is chasing us. his hair is wild and he looks in a rage (i remember seeing him like this as a child when a dog attacked me and he ran off to find it)
i see a fence with a solid wood bottom and a wire top. a tree branch hangs over it but the tree is on the other side. the other side is woods. i think we will be safe on the other side . i know if i grab the branch i can pull myself up but i would also be leaving my children exposed to danger so i lift them one by one over the fence and tell them run run just as i finish and start to pull myself my dad grabs me.
next scene im in a large square room i feel like im up high and the room is like one large shower stall. on the back wall left side is a window filtering bright sunlight into the room.
the room is mostly white
white left side white floor and then bright turquisy blue mosaic tiles start to weave in and make most of the color on the right side blue with stripes of red and yellow and white it is very pretty.i am in the right wall in it like the tiles were flexable and are around me like a robe.i was thinking "this is great i am going to get a steam,im gonna open my pores(like a sauna)". there are three shower heads made of silver ,highly arched .i am under the middle one.
next , im on the wall, at the front of the room. im on the wall near the ceiling ,like a spider ,watching my dream like a unseen bystander i see me in the wall and on my head is a large priest/pope hat it is white with silver and gold jewels.
i can still feel my feelings relaxing in the wall even though im on the ceiling but then suddenly im back in the wall and i close my eyes and see a man sweaty wearing only a loinclth scared but brave standing in front of a pair of wooden doors/gates hanging on cast iron hinges.the "city gates" are bulging about to burst open, he stands with a spear as a group of men with spears approach him.
im scared for him.
i open my eyes and im in th shower and there are asian attendants waiting on me with towels they are shouting "sum dies , sum dies, sum dies"
i wake up.

A few questions? ...

Why did you turn the wren upside down?

Is there unfinished business with your dad? Or are you angry with yourself about some aspect of your relationship with him?

What is "sum dies"? How is that pronounced? Like Latin?

Are you Catholic?

Do you think some of these scenes could be past-life memories?

I don't understand much of this dream yet, but I'm working on it. I would love to hear if you have any ideas about what any of these dream elements mean.

one more thing i DO notice that when dreams(like soap dream) come true it works in layers
like the original meaning we talked of fit
then it happens, and later it might manifest more.
i have dreams i recorded in 2003 that are still unfolding.
have you heard of this?

The first scene suggests a message with spiritual import (bird on box) concerning the relationship with your father, the "endearment" you lacked from him, and a "blank slate" upon which to write your own reality - perhaps the chance at a new beginning, or at least a new understanding (blank scroll).

The next scene clarifies the energy behind the dream, suggesting that this is indeed about you father and your relationship with him and how the issue is "pursuing" you. There could also be a hint of some past-life/karmic energies at work here as well.

The last scene is interesting. Except for the obvious purification/cleansing motif, I couldn't understand how it fit in with the other scenes, that is until my inner voice spoke up ... "the man in the loincloth is her father", that's the message I got. He wasn't your father then, but due to karma created between you, he has manifested in this life as your father in the hopes of healing/cleansing your karmic relationship. From what I currently understand about this situation, it appears that you had an incarnation as a Catholic priest, and that perhaps you abused your powers. It seems that the man was innocent, and you knew it, but you ordered his capture and/or death anyway. This action was a continuation of earlier karma, and so it continues into this life.

What do you think about this?
