Hi everybody

I had this horrible nightmare last night and this is the second time this year. The first one was horrible, it was around march or april and last night. the nightmare was a different scenario, i was looking at myself in the mirror and then i realise that all my teeth are gone or totally broken and falling, and the inside of my mouth just looks gross. the feeling of the dream is horrible and i dont know that i am dreaming, i think it is true until i wake up and realise with relief that i was sleeping. What does it mean, am i gonna die or something?

For some reason I think teeth may mean wisdom. Wisdom teeth???

I try to look for the positive in most things...
Perhaps you are changing your beliefs?? The old wisdom is rotting?? Perhaps to make way for new wisdom??

You're not going to die. Teeth-falling-out dreams are very common. If you use the site's search function and search this forum for "teeth falling out", you'll find a bunch of stuff. It seems that the most common cause for this dream has to do with issues/concerns/anxieties about the dreamer's appearance to others, a kind of self-confidence or self-esteem issue. And you will also find other very good ideas, like Cathy's.
