the other night i dreamed that i was blind i dreamed of a man that was older than me that hit on me my whole dream there were stairs again it was a difficult dream like giving birth if that makes sense and last night i dreamed bout a guy like a stunt guy almost he played with knives he let his friend down into a whole in the ground and then a train was coming straight at him later he was famous or something i dreamed about a huge porteguese family very wealthy and a hotel and my mother i dreamed the father of the family that layed on the bed and the baby was infront of him really cute and then there was like a religious seminar for christians i hated the thought so much and i was in my room which was very untidy and my gran came in by the way i hate her really a lot in she came into my room and stroke my back i wanted to throw up sorry for being graphic but i was beyond disgusted then i was on a set of stairs and i lit candles outside the building while i was still in it and my mom came walking down the stairs and she triped but didnt really fall pls isnt there anything i can do lol or smoke so these nighmares will stop its beyond torture to want to rest and go through hell and backIP: Logged |

was it a fast-paced dream all your dreams seem to be fast-paced maybe it is that they read that way punctuation would make it easier to decipher.IP: Logged |

k k sorry. the punctuation i know, but yes it was fast, and then slow motion. funny that u mention that. it helped me remember, anyway ra if u read this i need a remedy to stop dreaming, or at least to stop remembering them, or have better ones.IP: Logged |

Hmmmmmmm....
I actually quite enjoy it, you being a Gemini and all.. I can picture you flitting around like a hummingbird, busy busy busy.In terms of tools.... how do you relax?
The dreams that you've had that touched you in a good way, do you remember the state of your life in that time, and how you could recreate it?
Always ask for love and protection before sleeping. Like a prayer, or whatever you are comfortable calling it... ( That Universal connection we all have to all and each other)
Surround yourself with loving white light. Visualize it. Breathe deeply, imagining a white soothing light enveloping you, from your toes to your head. Feel it moving and soothing each part of you.. like a meditation. Relax each part it touches. Feel Peace. Rest your mind.
You can think of nothing.. black velvet.. or you can think of something lovely, that brings you joy. Focus on that.
Sometimes the mind will play tricks.. but it is you, and you are in control.. so much stimuli in the world means it takes a while to adjust to the feeling of peace.
If frenetic images come in, say in your mind STOP. Mean it. Redo the feeling.. go to the peaceful place, up the protection. What do you feel about the symbology of the dream?
Do you actually hate your grandmother?
Break it down, piece by piece.
See what it means to you.. Maybe you will stop feeling out of control with the dreams when you understand the message.....
