Your 'nose' is a pretty internal place, *being in your head and all* filtering all that 'bad gunk' and getting all 'crowded'. Sometimes if it gets overwhelming, in that full, personal space, bad things can emerge. Things with a creepy crawly life of their own.
At least it came out.
If it stayed in, I'd be worried.
