Hi all, I had a dream where my lovely braclet - its gold and ethnic looking was straightened and the end was snapped off/broken by lots of people that came into my room (that I am living in while studying abroad.) I was really upset by this so that when i woke up the next day I was so relieved to see my braclet intact. The symbolism seems really strong in this dream. Ive had a dream after I had had a fight with my housemate. In the dream she smashed my favourite mug into a million pieces. This latest dream reminded me of that one. Any thoughts? Sparkling

Sounds like you feel like your space is being violated or not respected, or maybe you just don't have enough of it. Is that the case? IP: Logged |

I am feeling vulnerable at the moment. My emotions are up and down. I got rejected by a guy I liked and im struggling to find who I am in a new place. IP: Logged |

Yes, vulnerable and fragile. Everyone breaking you into bits, just like in your dreams. IP: Logged |

That is very true....This is about a different dream and person. I thought I would add it here so saves posting a whole new topic and taking up space. Ive had a couple of dreams about a guy that Ive come to know in the last month - he has a girlfriend so is unavailable...But the dreams have been sexual and I was a little worried. I like him alot but dont think of him in this way. Perhaps I like to be bonded to him as we are both english and away from home? And I do want to be cared for and loved. Sex/ kissing in dreams doesnt always mean the obvious does it? or does it? :-) Sparkling IP: Logged |

Hello Sparkling No, dream sex is not always about sex. It is more symbolic of the energies involved, the individual energies, as they weave in and through one another. It could be about desire, attention, recognition, attraction on any level, a need to incorporate some aspect of the other, or about a zillion other things I suppose. Sometimes sex is sex. But when it comes down to it, its all about the energies. Know what I mean? IP: Logged |

Ra - I do know what you mean.Instinctively I feel it is a bonding of some sort - we are tied togther in one way or another. He was grumpy with me the other day and snappy at me. He was tired so i knew why he was grumpy. He later apologised to me..and he said in a way it was a compliment that he was grumpy because he said he is not like that with everyone. I totally understood what he was saying. There is a comfortable energy there. So, im not so concerned now about the dreams. It means I like him and want to feel a bond with him. IP: Logged |
