Last night I had a dream about a girl I knew back in primary school. But first let me tell you a little background story on her.She was in my grade, was quiet, always kept to herself and she was pretty, damn pretty. The last time I spoke, and saw, her was in our final year at primary school(back in '97). Now the dream: We were at school and we were talking to one another about alot of things. I think it was during break as we weren't in the class. We were young as we were still in primary school. But here comes the strangest part: We were walking somewhere, when all of a sudden Alanis Morissette appeared in my dream. I thought it was strange but I still asked her " Why don't you perform at our school?" This was when Alanis had just started out and becoming famous. I am confused about this dream. Why did I dream of this girl I knew ( not the first time though) and why did Alanis suddenly appear out of the blue?
My dream book doesn't seem to help me figure this one out! IP: Logged |

Alanis Morissette ... and "out of the blue", just like you described her in another dream. As often as she appears in your dreams, she must be symbolic of something in particular, and I do not think we ever figured that out. In your dream book, under 'celebrity' or 'famous person' ... do any of those definitions fit? What do you think of when you hear 'Alanis Morissette'?  IP: Logged |

Nothing seems to fit the definition of famous person in my dream book. It says that a young person is not ready for responsibility of a real relationship. Hello? what is that suppose to mean? If you can't handle a relationship, then you shouldn't be in one! Am I right?What I think of Alanis? I like her music, she is fascinating, beautiful, smart, and she kicks ass! IP: Logged |

She appeared in my dream again last night! Ahhhhhhhhh ( Sorry, but that is how I feel).
We were back in our school days and she was in my class. But let me start at the beginning of the dream.I was angry at someone as he accused me of something false. So I was sulking outside the class, where a few of us were standing. The rest were in the class already sitting. The teacher hadn't arrived. I was standing by the window when she started to talk to me. I noticed that she was writing in a birthday card which I find a bit strange. Anyway we were talking. She asked if it was my birthday and I said it was the other day ( In fact it IS on this Weds). She then walked outside the classroom and to the otherside of the corrider, by the balcony. She gave me a birthday present. Which I thought was very kind of her. I have spoken about receiving gifts on this forum before.
But what I find amazing what that she looked, in my dream, exactly like she did when I knew her. No Alanis this time though! LOL. IP: Logged |

Yang, maybe something happened back then, something within you, and she symbolizes it's beginnings, it's inception, it's birth. She has something to do with it, she is connected with it in some way, at least in your mind. You were falsely accused ... of what? How old are you in the dream/s? How long has it been since you've been in a relationship? What is it about that girl that you need? ... some emotion/thought/attitude ... Could this be about sexuality somehow? Hi RaI was falsely accused of speaking to someone in an angry tone of voice, when I was actually speaking in a normal tone. Also the fact that the person who accused me, had no right in eavedropping in on my conversation.
In the dream, I was about 10-11 years old.
It has been a loooonng time since I was in a relationship.
I am trying to think but I can't possibly think what this girl represents. IP: Logged |
