Ok...there's a lot here. First off the dream takes place in an unknown area, there is a place I call the Quarter...I don't know why it just came to me when I was trying to describe it earlier to my bf. Anyway, it's a building where there are many exits and entrances. The purpose of this building is like a weigh station but only the one that people enter before they enter their lives on earth. It's very weird, but there are people helping others draw their characteristics and appearances, etc from a station, there are many that are located within the building as they go through. At one point in the dream, I was wandering through stopping at one station, and looking at items belonging to several of friends of mine I had over the years. Most of them were beauty items. So I stopped for a moment and tried different things out, knowing that none really suited me, but I was interested at the many differences we had through our preferences. Then I decided to go back through the entrance way and as I was leaving through the door, there was a stairwell that was filled with grey foggy figures. They were floating down the stairs and coming into the building. They were not frightening, but they were lifeless, almost robotic and in a hurry. So when I came back inside I met a south american woman who was basically a security guard. She made sure that people were equppied with all their identities before they left. She told me since I left I had to go through the whole process again. She wanted me to make sure I had picked a culture...This all happens after my first dream, which is sketchy and deals with both heaven and hell. In this first dream, I meet with an individual who has unusual powers for good and evil. I am basically trying to save her from doing harm to herself and others, but she's scary so I allow her take me on a tour of her world. Then in an instance she takes me to this place that has many lakes or pools of water, but the water is not clear or clean. It is filled with plasma, dead things, and it's dark. She is trying to take me to another world, and I believe it is her hell that would be found by swimming down through the water and onto another side. But we are interlocked in the water, then I'm not afraid, but I'm thinking that this looks just like a scene from a movie. I think there's a lot of cleaning up to be done to get rid of all the grotesque things in the scene. Then I realize that she's in a lot of pain, and needs this other world for her escape, however ugly or frightening it may be. Somehow we get separated... Just in a flash. Then I'm back near the quarter. The reason I'm there is because a whole slew of people were washed out and needs to reenter into new lives. I'm not for sure, but I think there was a flood of some sort. So I follow them. Back to the second dream, eventually I leave the quarter down a hallway and I'm excited about my life. But before I leave I see shops where I can buy things that I need for myself, my home or my life. There's one interesting section, and it's the last section. It's figurines that have interesting artwork and each contains a message or words to live by, but in the dream I don't have money to buy anything. So I leave thinking I'll earn enough and come back and get those things, but I also try and make sure to remember them so that when I woke up I could write them down. But as I sit here I can't remember not one of the messages written. Does anyone have any thoughts? It's been very haunting. Usually I don't seek outside advice, and at the same time I wish I remember more of it. Jane

Welcome to Lindaland  That's a very interesting dream, Ms. Jane. Seems more like an astral experience though, don't you think? I've heard similar descriptions of a place like this ... very interesting. I'll try to put some thoughts in order and get back to you soon.  IP: Logged |

Thanks Ra...I was wondering if that were true about astro traveling, so now I've started reading Sylvia Browne's: Life on the Other Side. My mom lent it to me saying there were descriptions of the different halls on the other side. In fact, she said I probably visited there. But the place didn't seem as decadent as what Sylvia would describe. But thanks for giving it some thought.------------------

As I read this dream, I think I understand it quite well, but putting it into words could take a while. I feel like you also understand much of this dream, and that you have a fairly good understanding of the dynamics being symbolized here, otherwise you probably would not have had this type of dream. Know what I mean?If I am mistaken, please let me know; otherwise, perhaps you could ask about something specific in the dream? Are there any particular elements that you need thoughts and ideas about? This really is a very interesting dream, thanks for sharing it. IP: Logged | |
