Second I had one that stood out...I was saying my prayers while I was in my bunk at the fire station last night (and i fell asleep before I finished my prayer cuz I got interupted by this Vision Flash (i'll call it)I entailed my Cancer guy whom I'm seeing, who to those who don't know my saga has kinda retreated --I hope temporarly. He was sitting up on a table with his elbow on his knee, chin in his left hand with his fingers coming up over his jaw in order for me to see the silver colored band on his left finger and the ring was extremely bright (like in the movie lord of the rings) he was smiling at me knowingly and somewhat reasurringly while his finger moved a little caussing the ring to shine more. So what does anyone make of that???I have my own interpretation but I want to see what ya'll think or if it was just wishful thinking on my part?

But back to these vision flashes rarely when I have them do they entail anyone I know, like I said very random, like walking thru a crowd or standing in a crowd at a concert before it starts...people you don't know voices bubbling all over with snatches of conversation...then boom I'm alseep! But once in a while one of these jumps out at me or shouts louder and i try to pay attention. This one surely got mine as it involved him. to me it is not the same as imagining it or purposefully visulizing in you brain. this is different it comes freely from somewhere else. That much I know.

I don't know what you call those images but will try and find out. They must be part of the normal sleep cycle. I personally call them "silly pictures". I realised that they somehow induce sleep when I have been trying to sleep on my "lunch break" on night duty. If I am having trouble sleeping I deliberately tell myself to look at the silly pictures and then I can usually go off to sleep quite quickly. I do believe that when you are seeing the "silly pictures" they can be very revealing either prophetic or we can access our unconcious more readily. Cancer men ??????? Good luck to you, I personally cannot understand them ( Gemini, Leo asc and Virgo moon)
