Hi Everyone,

I am wondering if anyone knowledgable about sleep can help me out?

This morning I woke up a few hours earlier than usual to go to an appointment. The strangest feeling occurred. When I opened my eyes, my whole body, mind and emotions felt stressed out and I had a BIG headache. It was as though I was going through a stressful moment in waking life and feeling it. But I was asleep and don't recall what I may have been dreaming about.

Has this happened to someone else here?

It wasn't a hangover as I didn't have any alcohol the night before. I did eat about 16 large Sicilian olives, a super greasy Caesar salad, and a big bowl of Jewish chicken noodle soup. May be too much salt?

I drank a large cup of coffee this morning to relieve the headache.

Your thoughts are appreciated.

Thank you!

Aphrodite

Hi Taurean Scorpion,

Thanks for the reply. The food allergy I am aware of for the moment is seafood. But I am starting to wonder if I am allergic to others, as it seemed I had a mild allergic reaction similar as to when I ate seafood, when I was at a Vietnamese restaurant last night. I had a bowl of beef noodle soup. Weird.

Hello Aphrodite

It's always good to see you drop in.

Sounds to me like you woke up at the wrong time. Maybe you just caught yourself at a bad time in the cycle or something. Or, I suppose it could be food related, but really I have no idea.

I don't recall ever waking up quite like that.

What made you wake up the wrong time? I think it would be necessary to find it out.
