Hi Everyone,I am wondering if anyone knowledgable about sleep can help me out? This morning I woke up a few hours earlier than usual to go to an appointment. The strangest feeling occurred. When I opened my eyes, my whole body, mind and emotions felt stressed out and I had a BIG headache. It was as though I was going through a stressful moment in waking life and feeling it. But I was asleep and don't recall what I may have been dreaming about. Has this happened to someone else here? It wasn't a hangover as I didn't have any alcohol the night before. I did eat about 16 large Sicilian olives, a super greasy Caesar salad, and a big bowl of Jewish chicken noodle soup. May be too much salt? I drank a large cup of coffee this morning to relieve the headache. Your thoughts are appreciated. Thank you! Aphrodite IP: Logged |

Hi Taurean Scorpion,Thanks for the reply. The food allergy I am aware of for the moment is seafood. But I am starting to wonder if I am allergic to others, as it seemed I had a mild allergic reaction similar as to when I ate seafood, when I was at a Vietnamese restaurant last night. I had a bowl of beef noodle soup. Weird. Aphrodite IP: Logged |

Hello Aphrodite It's always good to see you drop in. Sounds to me like you woke up at the wrong time. Maybe you just caught yourself at a bad time in the cycle or something. Or, I suppose it could be food related, but really I have no idea. I don't recall ever waking up quite like that. IP: Logged |

What made you wake up the wrong time? I think it would be necessary to find it out.IP: Logged |
