Hello!

I am a virgo/aries moon...

When i was a child my dreams were vivid and very scary... I had constant dreams that there were snakes in my bed and would actually sleep in a fetal position for protection or so i thought... anyway, it was my only comfort.

Then when i was 10 i woke with the feeling that i was not alone in my room... Out of the bed... down the hall screaming to the top of my lungs.... no comfort from my parents .. no safe place there... i was forced to sleep in my room that night (for my own good)
Since then... i do not recall my dreams at all... the only exceptions are dreams of losing my children and once, a short while after my brothers death, i remembered a dream that he came to me to let me know he was okay... that was 20 years ago... The losing my children dreams are maybe once a year... cold sweats and the chills...wakes me up..

I have suffered a lot of loss in my life...
Any thoughts as to how to fix this or should i just leave well enough alone?

Hello Stargazer

If you want to 'fix' it, then you should. That is my non-professional opinion. But I would also think that you should take it gradually, slowly, and with much care. It seems that childhood experience has created a block within your mind, a self-protective barrier constructed to keep out subconscious energies, your dreams, and only the most intense of them are able to get through, so you should take care when breaking that dam open. Know what I mean?

I would maybe take a Sylvia Brown type of approach by saying a prayer, visualizing light around you, and stating your desire to only remember those dreams which you are able to easily handle, good dreams. Or call upon your guide to help you in doing this. Whatever you need to do.

But, consider this ... if you choose to begin remembering, chances are that old, buried stuff is going to eventually bubble up and out through your dreams. If you are ready to face some of that old crappola, then I say go for it. If not, then leave well enough alone.

Ra.. thank you for your reply and advice..
I am not afraid of old crapola... my childhood all in all was quite pleasant..
I just found it very weird that the only dreams i remember are the ones that wake me up... Waking up in the morning like normal...i haven't a clue.
I do know that i am a very deep sleeper... i can sleep through anything... i wonder if the depth of my sleep has any thing to do with it? Anyway, thank you again... i will look into the Sylvia Brown sugestion... i do like her a lot...

I wouldn't be at all surprised if you began to recall some dreams, or at least fragments, very soon. Let us know how it goes. I would love to hear your first recall.
