I don't know where this dream came from...as I wasn't watching tv or reading about that kind of topic...maybe the full moon?Anyway, it was a very vivid and scary (although I wasn't as scared as I should be in the dream, more like shocked and hurt) dream in which I was walking in a street similar to most streets in my neighborhood- hilly and empty- and I heard screams of a woman coming from a house (behind closed doors and high walls). Then I knew -and/or was told- that the woman was being tortured inside a machine that broke her entire body. I even saw the blood running like water in the street. Then a second woman was tortured again and she was telling me to be careful or that women should be careful in those streets...no one knew about her torture or that of the other women but that they'd keep happening as more women would be kidnapped for that purpose...weird that no one would know since the screams were loud for anyone to see and the blood in the street was so obvious. I woke up after that a bit scared but mostly perplexed about where this dream might come from. I usually have dreams of premonitions but they're more familiar in that i feel like they have a link to me or someone in my family even when I don't see the face of anyone. Such dreams often happen as in the death of someone...but anyway, insight...I hope this wasn't premonitory in any sense. Just active anxiety. IP: Logged |

No, no, LOL, I didn't mean that I had the same dream, I just meant that my dreams are often 'weird and scary', too. I have tons of them posted in two threads here if you want proof of this for yourself. ("A Peek Into the Mind of a Madman" and "The Madman Returns")And last time I checked... I was a guy. Hello cappy  "Active anxiety" appears to be the case. These tortured women could be a reflection of an aspect of self, in some way. Is there some situation in which you fear being trapped? Is there something draining you of life, draining your energy? Are you suffering in silence? Or perhaps you are suffering not so silently, as to you it seems obvious, but no one else seems to notice? Thanks Ra about your interpretation although I'm confused about it...i.e by where this anxiety might be coming from.
First, I am a more than average anxious person. I know and try to deal...must be that scorpio moon and a prominent saturn...
In terms of where I am in life now...I haven't been happier about my personal and professional life in at least 3 years...especially my personal life. I finally found someone that I think I like a lot to want to spent my life with him. I think he likes me too although he is full of defenses as he's coming from a serious relationship and have other problems in his life...but generally, things are great bet. us...could be better...but is steadily evolving in tht direction.
professionally...I have a big project to accomplish withn the next two years...I took more than I can chew but when i forgot the larger result and focus on the daily steps I'm okay. but I do fear abut failing in it...tht's for sure...Don't know if taht would account for such a violent message from my unconsious..
but I'll be more vigilant...
Is there some interpretation incorporating the full moon...I' don't know...the dream is disturbing to me both because I remember it (don't remember them these days) but also it's graphic powerIP: Logged |
