hi,i had a very sad dream last night,i saw my father,he was in his last moments before death,..he had a soft smile on his face and he wanted to say a few good words to me before he left but i couldnt bear to see him dying so i walked away..out of his bedroom, after i heard he is dead i started to cry and felt very very guilt for not being next to him at the last moment. i was pleading God to bring back my father,to give me one more chance to talk to him just to say goodbye to him...but i was so helpless

in reality i am not on good terms with my father for many years...but i still live with my family.i dont dislike or disrespect him, i admire alot of his qualities but he does not get along with anyone in the family or outside.i never say no to helping him out...but this dream is making me feel soo guilty!!
i have read somewere that if a young woman dreams of her fathers death it indicates a lover or (male)person very close to her is being dishonest or unfaithfull to her.
pls let me know your opinion on this..

It seems you need to close the gap between you and your father before it is too late. It seems your father wants to talk to you, but doesn't know how to or is too afraid to.
Perhaps if you open the door, he will see it open and will be tempted to walk through it i.e. talk to you and be closer to you?

That is what I sense...

hi Yang...thanks for ur reply, i felt the same abt the dream.
but its really difficult to communicate openly with my father,as he is a very very private person,not to mention moody and short tempered too..
but maybe i could gift him something nice to show i care

The dream does seem to reflect the dynamic between you and your father ... you both care for each other very much (father has soft smile and good words, you can't bear to see him dying) but for whatever reasons there exists a separation between you (you walked away). yes, not being on good terms with my dad for so many yrs.

yes a relationship that i dearly wanted to happen but it didnt...

yes,a few opportunities that i am losing with time/age..
Is there some situation/issue/relationship which is coming to an end?
my presten relationship with a close freind is on the rocks...on n off.
thanks Ra i knew this dream was an indication of some relationships that are not going right.
